Haven't had Dominos in years, but decided to try them on a whim. We had the special pepperoni pizza and an order of wings. It... was very good, and my children loved it. My little girl is very finicky and she was pleased. She's 11. My 16 year old son at thewings so quickly that I barely got one(I got 2). All in all, it was a good experience. I will be back. Next visit. I wasunable to order online or by phone, they were and have been having technical difficulties with the phone lines, I had to go totown for some errands, and so, went by there and ordered. The pizza was good, and the cheese stuffed cheesy bread delighted mykids, but best of all they gave me some parmesan bites because of the inconvenience of not being able to order by phone oronline and they were awesome! Unfortunately we had a very disappointing experience with this domino's. We ended up waiting over triple what the app said we'd... wait. Food was definitely not fresh. Will not be ordering from this location again. Read more
I really wish I could give them 0 stars! They don't not use gloves when preparing food and you can see them touching everything... including the register without washing their hands. I had to tell someone to wash there hands and they got offended. On twodifferent occasions I ordered 2 pizzas which was only supposed to take 20 mins to be delivered according to the pizza trackerand it was over an hour b4 my order was even put in the oven! I called 8 times and was left on hold for 10 mins each time! Ieven called ahead of time to see if a delivery person was there to make sure I wouldn't be waiting like I did before. No onecalled or undated me as to why it took over an hour for my pizza to be placed in the oven when the tracker told me it would bedelivered in 21 mins. I have ordered from Domino's on numerous occasions. It literally seems like each time that I order a pizza from Domino's it gets... worse I didn't think it could. But it did. Here's my grievances. First I pay $26 for a pizza that's not counting tip I know Ilike meat toppings I know I'm paying for it but still I'm paying $26 for a pizza I'm not even going to go into the completedetails of the last deliveries of ordering a pizza and ordering a soda but the soda never shows up, dipping sauces, their answerwas well just come up here to the store and get it. If I wanted to go up to the store I would have shown up in the first place.Secondly it's your job to be professional hand out what a person orders and what they pay for. Tonight took the cake. Maybe Itorment my own self by sitting there and watching the app but it took them over 10 minutes just to quote "Quality check it".Next comes the text message that my driver is 4 minutes out. 20 minutes later he's here. Whenever I opened the pizza box theavailable picture or pictures will show what I was in for. Whenever I called and complained that the pizza was burnt (GREATQUALITY CHECK THERE!)I was told well bring it back up here and we'll give you a new one. I answered if I wanted to go up thereand get it I would have went up there myself the first place not had it delivered and paid for said delivery charge.
