I came specifically for the Harvest Chicken Salad, which I have been buying a couple of times a week for the last month. The... majority of the lettuce was brown and it only had one SMALL scoop of chicken salad when it normally has two generous scoops. Thecost is 9.99 for a large bowl of mostly brown lettuce. I was told Corporate ordered the reduction in the amount of chickensalad. I?m in the restaurant business and understand about food cost. This is totally unacceptable and will think long and hardabout returning after this unsatisfactory experience. I never complain at restaurants but this meal warranted this complaint.Unacceptable! The tea is always good here!! The restaurant was very clean and the staff welcoming. The line was fast and our food got to the... table hot and the slice of cheese cake cold two great combinations. For my entree I went for the mini pretzel dogs with chipswhich were very enjoyable. The Godiva Cheesecake was great as well very rich but not overly sweet. My bee age was a sweet tealemon aid mix. This restaurant, much like the rest of Vicksburg, has gone to the dumpster. Today I waited on hold for 20 minutes to place my... order because the King club is not on their ordering site as a full sandwich. After 20 minutes I hung up and called back just tobe put on hold in a mumbled voice of someone clearly high on the answering end. I get my food and the order was completelywrong. Good thing I checked it before leaving. I was met with attitude and disrespect for bringing up my missing food and thefood I did have was wrong. Acting as if there could be nothing done at first while staring at the ground. Again the squintedeyes of a stoner. With Ken not in the building this place has turned a bad corner. Go to subway if you want a sandwich, at leastit will be made right there and correctly. Read more
Great service. Delicious potato salad. I negated a star because all 3 of our Clubs were missing the bacon. No one told us they... were out of bacon when we ordered, so it was disappointing missing that flavor profile in our sandwiches. I would have orderedsomething else if I had known they weren?t going to put bacon on the clubs. Read more
We ate here during a busy Sunday lunch and had 8 people. They got our whole order correct and the meal was tasty. We tried the... King Club (bigger than the McAllister?s club and only a little more expensive). It was great. We also ordered the SouthwestChicken and Avocado salad, really tasty and the roasted corn on it was lovely. The chicken tortilla soup was good but it didn?treally have too many different things in it (like corn or tomatoes or anything green, etc). But it had a good flavor. There wereseveral good kid options and you can order a side of fruit with it. Like the kid?s spud and the kid?s pizza. All in all for 8people the meal wasn?t too expensive either. I enjoyed being here at McAlister's Deli. The restaurant was busy but not loud. The service was quick. I chose the half plate,... Caesar ???? and a baked ????, which is still a great amount of food to digest. The staff were friendly. The restaurant wasclean. I went with mother who enjoyed her meal. She did state she would have preferred more sauerkraut on her Reuben. Just knowhere you get a lot of food for your money, thus be hungry when you choose to dine here. The best I can tell, it looked likethere were many business patrons enjoying their dinner. As for me, I enjoyed a good meal. Thank you. Read more
Good food, but began osing early. Went in at 7:30 pm (they're supposed to close at 9). Half the restaurant was closed off,... employees were rolling up the mat, and taking plates off tables before people were done eating. Otherwise, the food was decent. Read more
