I walked in there at 8:30am 10/10/2022 and there were 2 black ladies working in there. My order was all types of messed up, I... got no fork despite asking for it twice, 2 of my meals had bacon and I received bacon on neither, the eggs were runny, and theyruined the breakfast platter. I usually like this McDonald?s but we ordered curbside and it took them an hour to get our food. We actually had to go inside... which is fine but an hour?? We?re very polite didn?t complain because the employees are so rude it would be pointless, theyclearly do not care. Maybe it?s because they are overworked maybe understaffed? The manger was very rude. They threatened to call cops on us if we didn't leave. Last time we were in there for over 2 hours and... they didn't say anything. This time less than an hour. They said we we're there since 5:00 pm but we did not walk in until 5:25pm. We were just having pto meeting for school. Other people we're having business meetings and they did not say anything tothem. Also, everyone that was at the meeting bought stuff or was going to after the meeting was over. Went in and ordered a caramel frappe with EXTRA caramel. Was charged .45 for it and there was only a pennys worth just on top!... And the biscuits are so hard, you could play hockey with them. The employees were too worried about gossiping about who did whatthe night before! Be careful when you walk in the door. Especially the bathroom! It's like they mop with grease! They always short my burger a piece of cheese. The big Mac supposed to have two pieces. They always put one. The quarter... pounder supposed to have two pieces. They only put one. When I order, I expect to get what's on the picture in the drive thru. Is this just me or What? Lol Read more
The service is slow. It took eight minutes to get my order. Someone else walked in, maybe 3-4 minutes after me places an order.... Not even five minutes they have their order and are on their way out the door. They might be prioritizing specific people overothers. No clue. Not to mention I have gotten an undercooked burger and burgers saturated with salt. Not to mention burnt bacon. Read more
