I've never had a bad experience here. When I ordered from the app and picked up the young man immediately brought my food out... everything was hot and fresh he made the drinks last so they wouldn't be watered down upon our arrival.This is one of the betterSonics I've visited in along time. Ordered a fried chicken sandwich. I ate 2 bites. The first bite was crispy and normal. The 2nd bite was hard and cold. I opened... my sandwich to find the chicken was cooked on the outside but still cold and raw on the inside. Not a great experience. I wassick to my stomach just thinking about eating raw chicken. Communication with the customer. I went to this Sonic on 9/2/22 and got a milkshake, no problem there. My problem occurred the... next day om 9/3/22. On my receipt from 9/2/22 it read "we apologize for your order being delayed today. Please bring back thisticket for a free Rt 44 on your next visit!!!" I was told that I could not get it free because it was apparently printing on allthe tickets and I just so happened to be the first person to ask for it. At that point I asked to speak to the manager about thesituation because I didn't feel that I should have to pay for the drink due to it being an issue for the store because I did notknow it was printing all the receipts, I do not work there. So there were apparently two managers on duty at this location,neither one came outside to talk to me. I was told by the car hop employee that one manager was ok with letting me get the drinkfree but the other one stated no I have to pay for it. At this point I don't want the drink so I told the car hop employee totake it back. I did not like one bit that the manager, one of them at least, did not come to talk to me personally to rectifythe situation or at least better explain why I had to pay for it. Management here is absolutely atrocious. The reason I say this is because you're in charge of training your servers. I had a... horrible experience here and the whole order was wrong. The server made no attempt to correct the problem. I asked for my moneyback and she stood looking at me like a deer in a headlight. No clue what to do or what to say about my order. Read more

The young girl is so slow and has attitude lol Like I was bothering her at her job asking her for a fork and knife. The staff... heard my order wrong and sent me the food without confirming it on the screen because your screen is broken. I didn?t want topay for something that I couldn?t eat. And that made them very upset. Just attitude is all I got and I want to food more thananything. Read more

Well, I will start by saying this Sonic's service is the bottom of the barrel. We have been waiting for 40 minutes on a mobile... app order. When they finally brought the food, they left off the onion rings and gravy. Whoever is managing this Sonic doesn'tdeserve minimum. This place is a bad joke. They put a bad taste in my mouth. UPDATE: February 6, 2019 Sonic, your employees at this unit have really stepped up. although I have had SEVERAL bad experiences... at this particular location (two of which were last week when my boyfriend was hospitalized nearby) im not ther sort of personwho can't understand things happen. I had gone to sonic to speak with a manager regarding the most recent (2 daysprior)problems, to be met with courtesy, professionalism, and a desire to 'make it right '. as I've sworn to return only whenthey 'get it together', I'm here to tell y'all, they got it together. Finally. my trust is tentative but I'll be back. thankyou, sonic, for doing it right this time, that earned you somethin, imo. I thought it would be lovely, considering how friendlythe car hop sounded over the intercom while taking my order. it wasn't. $16 (that's with the buck and a quarter tip) for 2 bagsof ice, an ocean water, a medium Butterfinger blast, and 2 cheese sticks (NOT 2 orders, two individual sticks of friedmozzarella). she didn't get the ice on the order. "miscommunication". the ocean water was the wrong size, the cheese sticksweren't made to order (not cold but definitely not hot, at all) and just look at the blast........did I mention no spoon? howabout hardly any Butterfinger in that blast? it's been a year of continual, seemingly deliberate, screw ups, sonic.
