Outstanding customer service! AnneMarie and Hannah were amazing with taking and preparing our order. After we ordered the wrong... items, they graciously remade our drinks with smiles on their faces and no complaints. Another young lady whose name I didn?tcatch came outside to bring us the new drinks. Not to mention that they tasted soooo good! Unsanitary floors, tables and restrooms. The tables were covered in crumbs, the floors looked like the place had flooded then... been drained leaving trash and debris, and our shoes stuck to the restroom floors. Didn't have 2 menu items we ordered. Service was slow and snarky. Place was ABSOLUTELY FILTHY. Do not go here.
PHENOMENAL service at this location. My family and I were traveling here from New Jersey and collect the Starbucks ?Been There?... mugs. One of the employees went above and beyond for us. There were no mugs outside on the floor display, however she offered togo in the back and look through the boxes to find it for us. Yes, you read that right. She OFFERED!!!! What a nice and puregesture, especially on thanksgiving when things are busy and it is a holiday when they could have been spending time with theirfamily. Aside from this extremely kind gesture, the other staff members were extremely kind and gave us exceptional service.Our drinks were ready in a very timely manner and we received service with a smile. If you are from this area or visitingplease do yourself a favor and stop at this location. I was thrilled with my service, and in fact as a traveler I would say thisis by far the best Starbucks experience I have ever had. Thank you so much, ladies! What a circus show. You have one gal running ovens and the cash register inside. Multiple people got their food before I did.... Wasn't the fact they were busy, just the gal was really unorganized. I could tell it was making the rest of the team stressed. Read more

I love Starbucks coffee and rarely have issues.. however? this particular store always seems to be out of many things every time... I go. Today they were out of not just one, but ALL of their non-dairy milk options. I understand being out of one option, but tobe out of all of them? As someone who deals with extreme lactose intolerance, it?s very disheartening to go in for a nice cup ofcoffee and being told your only options are not available. Please do better. Read more
