Very rude. Food was wrong despite correcting them numerous times. Refused a receipt. The young man in drivethru window said he... would spit in our food if we had a problem with it. Ordered 3 burritos and a drink. Simple order right? I get to the window, kid tells me price. I tell him no that?s wrong, it... shouldn?t be that cheap. He explains I only ordered one burrito and a drink. I explain that I ordered 3 of the same burrito so Ihave no problem running my card again. Mistakes happen. I?m told I would have to drive back through drivethru because there were2 cars behind me. I can?t receive the order that I ordered because he heard it wrong. Honestly I love TB but this location inVicksburg is an absolute joke. I?d rather drive 30 mins to Clinton to get TB. No wonder our location closed for about 4 months.Honestly I don?t recommend anyone go here or attempt to apply. The old manager had that place right. What's not to like ? Staff can sometimes be indifferent but grain it is the fast food industry. I'm sure they are unappreciated... and that reflects in their sometimes service...however I thank them for showing up cause I love that Chipotle ranch grilledchicken burrito for $2. 25 ...worth it every time...even a little longer wait in line is still 5 star to me. This place is truly a disappointment. I LOVE Taco Bell food, have for years. It would be my default choice always, however... I... almost never get a completely accurate order from this location. My last visit had to be sent back twice. I don't know who'sorder they were trying to give me but it wasn't even close. If you go inside, the cleanliness of this location is shameful.Everything is sticky and flies are rampant. There are times when they are great, but in general, I come away mad and frustrated. Worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. They tried twice giving us someone else's order before giving us our order. One... of our items was missing an upgrade that was paid for and 2 chicken tacos only had one tiny piece of chicken in each one. Theyshould be embarrassed but I'm sure they couldn't care less. So, I decided to go back to Taco Bell today. I've been going to this location for years and have mixed reviews of it.. sometimes... good, sometimes bad. I ordered the Chalipa Cravings box and I was told they didn't have it any longer but they could sell me theitems separately.. so I ordered the pizza because it was back on the menu. After waiting for 15 minutes I asked for my moneyback. They said they were working on it now (they weren't). They said they had a lot of people in the drive thru and were takingcare of them and weren't use to people in the dinning room (???) After waiting an additional 5 minutes, the guy threw my orderup on the counter (pictured) and I took it back to my seat and ate. It wasn't very good not worth the wait either. There's a lotof fast food places in Vicksburg Ms. that have way better service and food. Taco Bell you can do a lot better than this. Read more
Just left Taco Bell in Vicksburg and the cashier was playing and acting silly in the window, I got home and should have known... that the order would be wrong!!! Called the store and the phone rang and rang!! Didn?t get a receipt and don?t feel likewasting my gas to go back!!! I hate I even went Horrible service there for the price of food we pay!! Read more
