I feel like I'm being racially profiled when I go inside. I wanted to add a drink to my order when I got to the window and they... told me no! All around rude. I don't go to either Wendy's anymore. The other one charged me one price at the drive thru but whenI got to window said a diff price and when asked for receipt the machine was conveniently not working. Then they turned aroundto talk about me and then laugh loudly and rudely as well. Don't waste ur time at either. I will drive to the next town to eatat a Wendy's instead. Very unprofessional! Finally tried their breakfast and wasn't disappointed. Baconator was very good and their breakfast fries are the absolute best!
Horrible! Wendy's Northside drive, Jackson, MS. Waited in line for 20 minutes, then another 10 minutes before my order was... actually taken. The attendant at pickup window was very nonchalant and gave a poor excuse for the wait time. She tried to blamethe wait time on the person in front of me, which was not the real reason. Read more
Wendy's used to be the truth... The managers on the day shift are awesome... The younger workers do not serve fresh food. They,... also, have a lack of customer service skills... Glenda, Lisa, and Jackie are awesome... Wendy's needs skilled workers... Allfast food chains need skilled workers that are proud of their performance and excited to come to work... The restaurant was clean and inviting as we entered the staff was very polite and well spoken. Then the confusion began as we... sorted through the surprised price increase and confusing signage of the menu. Lets be honest Wendy's you can do much better weare all in a pinch because of inflation don't raise your prices and lower your food quality. They have no clue. Ordering our typical 4 for 4 which has 4 chicken nuggets And a jr bacon chess burger. Employee states it... doesn?t come with the burger. In attempting to explain that it does and is clearly indicated on the menu, they proceed to argueand get an attitude. Love Wendy?s. But this locations staff is a no go and likely what is keeping the Whataburger near therein business. Read more
Absolutely Terrible Service worker built like precious with dreads called me a b**** after asking her to correct my order with... no cheese or onions !! Her attitude was terrible when I pulled up to the window!! She also threw my debt card at me! Don't go tothis location unless your ready to deal with bad attitudes and terrible service!!
