Slowest Wendy's on earth. You will easily spend 30 minutes in the drive thru. Have been in line for 45 minutes... EDIT: For some... odd reason we went back to this place today. Order 4 4-for-4s Junior Bacon Cheese burgers. They got all 4 wrong, so had to goinside to get them fixed, we received just plain hamburgers. Explained that they should have been bacon cheese burgers...Theymade 4 more...Got home and it was 4 chicken sandwiches!!! Are you Fing kidding me!!! As far as I am concerned Wendy's no longerexists because these people can get anything right and are rude the entire time. Whomever owns this store should fire the wholecrew and just start over before they go under! Update: didn't learn my lesson... Tried here again... Rude, completely messed upthe order, and over charged me. This has to be the stupidest group of people on earth... And now I can join them for going backagain to see if it has gotten any better... This Wendy?s is a rip off. First of all, I really wanted go sit down and eat here and the doors were locked even though they had... a flag in front of the restaurant that advertised the dining room was open. Just in 15 mins they lost approximately 20customers. Read more
Went to get food and they had the doors locked at 3pm. Went through drive through and ask why they were closed inside and he... replied because we are short staffed and don't give a F!!!! Unbelievable. .......... they now have one lane blocked offbecause they are lazy as f and still have the doors closed to all people coming inside. I'd like to say after waiting 40 mins in line last night that I had a good experience. The young lady who took the order rushed... me to complete it by cutting me off & asking if I'm done twice, the manager just held the items I ordered like a baseballpitcher, really fast & rushing. He Facial expression read the same, as if I were holding the line up trying to check my order. Iasked if she was having a good night, that's when her demeanor softened a little. The only person who did not look or actbothered was the young man who took my money. On top of being in line for so long, I just knew the food would be hot and fresh.NOT! Cheese wasn't melted, lukewarm meat & nuggets, cold buns & fries. I understand the associates may be tired after a longday. I showed respect with "yes ma'am, please" but it wasn't enough for the order takers attitude to change. Read more
I was greeted with attitude and indifference for service. French fries were salted to perfection. The hamburger tasted like... they mopped the floor with it. After two bites it was deemed not fit for consumption as later food poisoning on set andverified this assumption to be correct. This establishment needs help. Read more
