There is nothing on the menu stating the grilled chicken sandwich had peppers in the chicken and i specifically said meat and... add cheese only.... i didnt state the allergies because im still adjusting to stating that is the reason i want a chickensandwich with just meat and cheese. Read more
I have stopped here at least four times in the last year for trips. The staff are so good to everyone. Service is friendly and... prompt. It makes me happy to walk into a place like this. If you've never been to a Whataburger, might I suggest any of thechicken choices with honey butter. In my opinion it's their best option. Oh and of course the spicy ketchup. Read more
With little business at 6pm waiting at register to order for 15min while I get to see employees standing around in the back. Not... what I expected, to bad was a place I liked to frequent. Every time I visit this location with that manager on duty my order isn't correct. Today I waited for burger to be made over... and it was still made wrong so I just got it and left. This was my first experience with Whataburger. It was pretty good. They could only take cash since the credit card system was... down. The burger was meaty and tasty. The girl had a spicy chicken sandwich and said it was good. The husband liked the spicyketchup! It was pretty good for a fast food place. The lobby was kind of clean. Read more
VERY friendly staff and their focus to provide great customer service is top notch. The quality of food is ok?lots of different... options. I think their burgers are definitely comparable to another drive through, order at curbside, fast food restaurant thatstarts with a ?S??but they are a little larger. I was in the drive through one night and I ordered a patty melt sandwich and that was it. I was told to pull forward to the... window and they would give me my total. The guy at the window told me it was $19.26!! I looked at him like he was crazy and saidfor one patty melt!?? He said yeah. I told him there was no way I was paying $20 for one patty melt. As I started to drive away,he said '08 know my bad it's only $12. I shook my head no and he said okay it's really only $9. He said we're just having funwith you. The employees weren't just having fun with me. What they were doing is hoping people were paying with cash andcharging people a ridiculous amount for their food hoping they wouldn't notice so they could pocket the extra money they werecharging.
