Victor, Idaho may not be a place that's a destination for many travelers, but Big Hole BBQ makes Victor more desirable as a... destination location! My wife and I shared the Big Hole Fries...OH MY! Very best fries we have ever had, some of the bestbrisket, best ribs I have ever had! Not only was the food excellent, the service was outstanding and good location! Search no more! GREAT BBQ LIVES HERE! Big Hole has an amazing variety of dishes. Brisket tacos, big hole fries, Mac n cheese,... prime rib sandwich, and pulled pork sliders are some of my favorite dishes. Their BBQ sauces are a perfect compliment. Serversare always friendly and attentive. Prices are fair. They just opened back up from being closed months on end from a fire thatdevastated the restaurant and community, needless to say we are all so happy they are back up and running. Dining room is funatmosphere, nicely spaced, enjoyable to look at the decor and art surrounding the room. There?s always a game on the TV?s butnot loud enough you can?t have conversation. They offer outdoor dining during our warmer season. It?s a popular spot so you mayhave a small wait in the noon/dinner time hours. Last I checked they were doing to go orders. We loved the outdoor seating area! There is a cool mural on the back wall & string lights, it's a great place to chill out after... a long day of exploring! Anytime a restaurant has fried pickles on the menu I try them. These are some of the BEST I've ever hadand the price was excellent! The ribs were awesome, and even reheated the next day they were still good. The Cuban withshoestring fries, and caeser salad were great too. Both entrees were really great sized portions. Read more
