We had to wait a few minutes to be seated, even though the restaurant was almost empty. It looks like they are very short on... staff. Our server was flying around serving multiple tables. We both had the chicken fajitas, which were very good. They cameout fairly quickly too. Read more
It was a little smelly when we walked in????. We asked for lemon waters and they had no lemon when the waters came out, but... that?s fine. Definitely recommend signing up for the membership. It?s free, and you can get free chips and salsa, or anon-alcoholic beverage! Food came out fast, and delicious! Great baked potato soup! Read more
Not sure the Bartender's Name, but she was super helpful and very accommodating! We were in the middle of a 11 hour car ride... with the whole family when we stopped in. At first we ordered to go thinking we could eat out on the lawn, but ended up needingto sit indoors due to weather. We were given a table, silverware, and had a very nice dinner. I've never actually been to Chili's until recently (last 6 months or so) but it's conveniently located within minutes of my... job. I have not had the pleasure of dining inside yet due to the pandemic but I absolutely love their curbside pickup. I orderthere very frequently and have only ever experienced the one issue . Staff is always friendly and smiling. Food is always readywhen I arrive and it's always delicious. Food is also decently priced and very filling. Website is super easy to navigate. If you join the Rewards Club they are always throwing free stuff at you. Unfortunately for me I do not have often have thechance to utilize the rewards because it is simply too much for one person to eat. I definitely recommend this place. If youwork or live in the Victor area you should definitely be eating here. If your just driving by you should stop in and give it atry. Read more
Went at a busy time. They're where short staffed but the staff was as attentive and kind as they could be given the... circumstances. There was a small problem with one of our orders and they quickly fixed it. Did was hit and fresh. Read more
It was a fantastic experience! Our waitress was adorably sweet and attentive! We did the call ahead/wait list, which these days... I would highly recommend! The food was delicious and the staff was super courteous! Will definitely be going back to thislocation for some foods and fun!! Read more
