Very poor customer service. The food was cold and the individual working claimed not to have soy sauce packets only a squeeze... style ketchup container for people to share. Also, instead of using the chip on the card I provided to pay with he claimed tohave to punch the numbers into this machine he had. Needless to say I asked for my card back and paid cash. Horrible service, ordered a veggies instead rice charged 800 when I went to pay, com.pared to other with rice for 600. Guy did... not tell me when he was dishing it up. I?ve always liked Famous Wok. It?s a staple of Eastview Mall. Fair sizes and pricing for what you get. Used to hand out free... samples, but not sure if they still do this post covid. Would recommend you give them a try if you?re at the mall and hungry. Read more
