All though the food was excellent be careful how you order. I ordered a burrito bowl which was listed as $10.42 but what they... don't tell you is that almost everything is extra. I got seasoned rice, pork,black beans, pepper and onions, lettuce, cheese andtomato and corn salsa. And the total was just under $17. Needless to say I WON'T be going back. Read more

Eh. They run out of alot of ingredients. Don?t go after 12 pm or 7pm because everything is out. I got wrong orders and wrong... things in it. Be prepared to wait in line for 20 mins?.really slow line. Only one good guy works there, who greeted me and wassweeping the floors. (the one star is for that dude) Everyone else was miserable to work. I liked moe?s but it?s hit or miss.Honestly, hard to keep trying it hoping it?ll get better but doesn?t. Me and my boyfriend used to come here ALL the time. The past 2 times we haven't been given the right food. Tonight we decided to... give it another chance. I walked in, wasn't even greeted. There was a gentlemen in front of me who hadn't been helped. One girlwas on the phone so I get that. The other 2 ladies, did not say one word to us. Then a mom & daughter walked in behind me, theywere not greeted either. Now there is a line who hasnt been spoke to or helped. Then I was informed there was only Adobechicken? We prefer the white chicken. I get things run out, etc. I worked in the food industry. But being this was our 3rd timetrying to give it a chance. Highly irritating. Read more
The workers were acting as if me being there ordering food at dinner time was an inconvenience to them despite it not being busy... at all. The girl who took my order was rude and assumed my order was done without asking after adding two things to it andstarted packing it up so I had to intervene and say I wanted more things on it. The cashier was short and slammed my food on thecounter and broke half the bag of chips cause she was throwing it around so much right in front of me. I ordered a quesadillaand the tortilla was barely cooked and tasted soft, the cheese was not melted at all and all the same for my boyfriend who alsoordered a quesadilla. I love Moe?s but everytime I come to this location it?s either them treating me like an inconvenience toorder or my food not being cooked properly and tasting undercooked. I was there after lunch time with a coupon from T-Mobile and had a hard time getting it to work. The manager on duty was a... wonderful young lady who also tried, but we could not get it to work. She kindly honored it and I enjoyed a delicious bowl. Goodfood and wonderful.seevice with a smile and kindness. I will be back! Stay away! We preordered food. I arrived 10 min late and the food had not even been started. Our tacos were not even halfway... filled up. When I went inside to ask if they could actually fill the taco, they refused. I will not come to this location again. Read more
