The worst pizza I have ever had! I mean, it's PIZZA! Pretty hard to make it inedible! Pontillos Victor managed to do it somehow.... I ordered online and the pizza came plain cheese with none of the toppings I ordered. I called to complain and their responsewas... "well, you weren't charged for the toppings"... really? I honestly wish success on small businesses, but they really needto step it up! Aside from the poor customer service, their current crust will make your jaw muscles hurt before you can swallow! Awesome Pizza! I was hesitant about ordering, from bad experiences years ago. I was blown away! It appears to have new... management. This is awesome since I live a few blocks away. By far the best pontillos in Rochester area. I just ordered a pizza online from Irondequoit and when it showed up with no cheese... on it, I called in and the manager told me "too bad". I'm beside myself but I'd rather drive a half hour to get treated properlythan Colton's customer service. Read more
I have loved this pizza since my childhood. Was so happy when I returned to visit that it made it through Covid!! The pizza is... delicious. Really wanted to get a whole one with the works, but didn't have time, plane to catch. So awesome!! Read more
The last 3 times I went in for a lunch slice I seem to get the smallest, skimpy slices they have out. The other guy that used to... work the counter would give you a fresh slice when you walked in. Not today!! They had a new one on the counter, that was cutand ready to go but gave me an old one that was sitting around on the back shelf and re- heated it. Not happy.
