Would give no stars if I could. How do you rate receiving almost no service? I understand being short staffed and want to give... 328 tap house the benefit of the doubt having eaten here before and received great service in the past. But tonight was prettyawful, hostess seated us (she was nice enough) but we were pretty much ignored for 30 minutes by our waiter who didn't evenbother to take any thing more than a drink order which he never brought before we left. Seemed more interested in serving thetables who ordered alcohol and wouldn't even acknowledge us as we walked right past him on our way out. So sad because I lovedyour food but with service like that I won't be back. Read more
Very nice meal. The service was excellent and my ice tea never saw the bottom of the glass. We recommend 328 Taphouse.
Nice atmosphere with good service and food. We had the gluten free Black and Blue pizza and it was yummy.
I have been to many restaurants but 328 is amazing,,,butternut soup, dumplings, poutine and the most amazing chicken burger that... I have ever had. A great and extensive list of ales and crafted beer. The thing is I do not drink beer but I believe I am on anew adventure. The food has been thoughtfully prepared and presented. Flavours that make me feel like I am being serenadedinto the world of foodie enjoyment. The thing is that it is pub....the kind of pub that makes you want to come back again andagain. Read more
Amazing beer and food. I did flight and one was a suggestion from our server and it was the best, chestnut lager. Food fish and... chips and the pulled pork poutine, amazing flavour. Cooked perfect. Read more
Great place for beer, but expect average bar food. Lots of craft beer options though! The staff were great, and the manager... worked fast to resolve some issues we had with orders. The interior is modern and clean and would be great to hang out and watchsports. Read more
Ordered a burger and fries from Skip. Needless to say I was disappointed. The food took nearly an hour and a half to arrive at... my door (I live about 10 minutes away and the driver didn't take the long way). When it arrived the lettuce was nasty (seephoto), the fries were soggy, the pretzel bun was stale, the meat overcooked and it felt like the entire dish had been sittingunder a heat lamp for who knows how long. I understand food taking a little longer during busy periods but the lack of care andattention that went into this meal is not good. The entire meal went into the trash. I doubt I'll ever recommend the foodhere. Edit: Since having posted this I have sent an email as requested. It has been over a month without having received aresponse (I have checked my spam folder as well) which tells me that they are less concerned about dealing with their problemsand are replying to reviews to make it look like they care. Food was fine but you can definitely find better for the same price elsewhere. Shrimp tacos still had the tails on, not sure... why. Were out of linguini so my friend got the ravioli instead and it was a really small portion. Waiter was nice but definitelydid not come by often enough, especially since the restaurant wasn't even full. We would have ordered at least one more drinkeach and possibly dessert, but he never brought a menu with desserts back. Go to Liberty Kitchen or Brown's for better food atthe same price Read more
