The food and service was excellent. We shared the arugula salad which was delicious. The ricotta with the balsamic made the... salad pop. We then had the classic pepperoni pizza in Neapolitan style. The New York crust is just perfect in my opinion. The thin crust is slightly blackened in the wood oven to a slight crisp. Moist... and chewy on the inside smothered in the tomato sauce. The tomato sauce is extremely high quality and one of the best I've everhad! Tastes like concentrated caramelized cherry tomatoes with a nice tangy flavour. Ive been coming here for years and I have yet to have a bad experience. The greeters/servers always make it a welcoming... atmosphere. The service is quick which adds to the great dining experience. They have a good variety of pizzas, I reallyenjoy/recommend the Nona or Quatro Fromagio. Pizzas come with a traditional thin crust but can opt for a thicker crust at anadditional cost. If you have a sweet tooth, make sure to leave room for their dessert menu because they have a good selectionand you’re not going to regret it! The location itself has a nice dining area and they are currently following the Covidguidelines by verifying for vaccine passports and mask wearing for those travelling in and out and workers. Fabulous pizza. Sorry for only showing a single slice of my Aloha (Hawaiian ham and fresh pineapple) pizza but I wasn't planning... to write a review but it was so good I felt I had to do so. The crust had just the right amount of chewiness, all of theingredients worked well together, and the sauce had a whiff of a sweet smell (coconut oil per the menu) that fortunately did notmake the sauce too sweet at all.
