I am dissapointed with this location. I work at the mall and it would be great to be able to frequent this restaurant and... support local. However, there has only been once out of at least 10 times I have gone where it has not taken me 5 to 15 mins toget a tea. This is with only myself and maybe one other person in line. I worked for A&W for 4 years. The management I workedunder would never have allowed these wait times. I went today and was extremely frustrated as I wanted to also have an applepie/turnover along with my tea. There were no pies already holding in the pass thru which would mean another 6mins wait. When Ihave 15mins for break and it includes getting to restaurant and back, I do not have time to wait. This is supposed to be fastfood. Very dissapointed. Read more

Edit: I appreciate the owners prompt response below and changed my review from 1 to 4 stars. Itll be 5 stars if I go back and... all is well again. Came here in order to breakfast sandwich. I asked instead of the egg being over easy that they couldscramble it. Was told by the cashier that they are not allowed to scramble eggs at this location. Weirdest thing I've ever heardbecause I get this order a few times a week at every other A&W across island and mainland. They say they cook everything fromscratch. So I don't understand why you can't crack the yolk while you're cooking it is the only difference. Horrible customerservice and laziness Read more

30 MINUTE WAIT FRIDAY SUPPER!!! Terrible wait at 5:50 pm Friday January 24. Wrote this waiting in line. The guy behind me left... because it was taking so long. Have more staff on a Friday night??? ???? Still waiting in line. Just saw an employee chewingfood and taking out trash, slowly. 6:10 pm... just ordered. 6:22 pm... just paid, offered free drink. 6:25 pm... got food. Read more

Ordered two burgers, fries and two medium drinks. $25 for order. Priced is too much for what you get along with the food was... cold, fries were limp. Expected more but will not go there again. At least the guy at the drive thru was nice or else it wouldonly be one star. Read more

Ordered 2 of the Beyond Meat Burgers with onion rings and fries. The young lady at the cash brought over our food and it was... hot, hot, hot. It is so nice to see a fast food chain keeping up with the times and the way people have changed their eatinghabits. Staff is too busy groping each other, making out and screwing around to adequately serve customers. Food Safe is next to... non-existent - besides finding a fly in my burger, I've watched the staff scratch their nose/hair then continue assemblingburgers, wearing their hair down/tank tops in the kitchen, etc. Food is either cold or you have to wait 10 minutes. Worst experience ever!! I never post these reviews! But I didn't get a receipt so I can't do anything about it.... I ordered 3... teenburgers meals and 1 mama burger meal ... (asked for no onions or mustard on the teen burgers). paid 37ish dollars... andleft.... started driving to find.... we had 4 cheese burgers ALL with onions and mustard. Burgers are usually good, chicken frequently takes a little longer then risk fast food but is also fresh (which is way better... than immediate and old). Don't get a toy beer float. It's not a scoop of ice cream. It's a puck of ice cream from a single usebag, something like an ice cream sandwich from a corner store. Very disappointing. Read more
