Got here to do a door-dash order, Monday oct 31st, it is currently 9:38am as I'm writing this and they are closed!

Shakes are good, as usual. Sadly the service is poor. Went in, I was the only customer for 3 staff members? still didn?t get any... eye contact or hello and finally just ?name for the order?? I actually had to ask the girl at the till if she was okay becauseit looked like she was as miserable as someone could be to work a job. ?Yep, fine.? We stopped here on our way out of town and placed the order on line. The store was clean and of course the drinks were yummy... and what we needed for the drive! The reason for the three star is: When we went to pick up the drinks my daughter went intopick them up as she usually does. The girl working was very hard to understand and was a mumbler. I ordered ahead using the mobile app as I was on my way to to the kids events. Got there and walked to the mobile order sign.... There were 4 people working. I waited as 1 customer was finished being helped. They continued to make orders as another customerwas still waiting. Then 3 of them were talking about another employee and I still waited. And waited. A customer walks in andthe 4th person went to go take their order while the other 3 kept talking. 10 minutes goes by before they finally ask me if I'mhere for a mobile order. Great staff, fast paced preparation, and consistency in their tasty beverages in their products. I understand they are recently... under new management, but so far, all that's really changed is their hours expanding, so do t always believe the hours listedbere on maps or in their booste rjuice app,.they aren't always updated in a timely fashion. Online ordering worked like a charm, they were a little busy when I arrived so I went to the space marked for mobile pickup. And... waited. And waited. And waited. After clearing out the three customers, the cashier asked the two people in front what they?dordered. They both said they hadn?t ordered yet (and she proceeded to take their orders). I couldn?t get anyone?s attention(there were three people working). And waited. After dealing with the other two customers, one of the staff asked what I wanted.I am right under the Pickup Mobile Order Here sign. I said I have a mobile order...they went to the glass case in front where myorder was waiting. Sigh. 25 minutes late. Appreciate they?re kind of busy and COVID rules are tricky, but that was goofy.
