Boston pizza today is not the place I remember it being. My last few dining experiences were disappointing. Not bad, but just... not as good. Service was a bit slow (server was great). Food was ok. Prices are creeping way up everywhere, BP is nodifferent. Pizzas still look pretty solid though. So if that is your jam you should be gtg. Read more
Not a good choice. We waited more than one hour for the food. And the food came not hot enough. The base veggie for my dish was... like just taking out from fridge. And they also have a policy for 18% tips mandatory for bigger table which I encountered the1st time. Read more

Food was good but the service is letting it down significantly. There were only 3 tables the night I went in so service should... of been spot on. Waitresses went out and had a smoke break while I was waiting for them to pick up my finished plate (5-10minutes after I finished), didn't ask how I was enjoying my food, didn't provide me with any plate or napkins for my pizza (justbrought the pizza out itself nothing else), gossiping at the bar instead of checking up on the tables. Just a letdown on howservice should be, not up to par of what is expected of any restaurant. Read more
I came in here with 5 people, and we were severely let down. There were 3 servers, and 9 tables of people. Our table was... disgusting, multiple drink glasses arrived dirty, and the service was terrible. We were so unhappy with our drinks that wespoke with the manager, and walked out. I would rate this place 0 stars if I could, but sadly, I can't. I am now writing thiswhile at the Brewhouse down the road. Read more
Everything went very well during our last visit at Boston Pizza. The food and service were great and our server very helpful... and attentive. One thing I really appreciated is that I got a large bottle of water brought to our table. I need to drink lotsof water for health reasons. Good for u guys. Read more
Well! This was a great experience overall, despite some inconvenience along the way. I had ordered a delivery to someone's... house to surprise them for Valentine's Day. Boston Pizza is one of the only places I could find that does heart-shaped pizzas. There was no online ordering available for the delivery location so I called the store to place the order. I think it was anextremely busy night and the order never came! They said they were terribly sorry and that it must have gotten "lost in thesauce"! ???? Not to worry though, my person was understanding and BP made sure to deliver the exact order the next day at nocharge! They really did step up to the plate(pun intended) on this one and go above and beyond to correct an epic failure!
