I’m very disappointed in the “new” Clarke and co! We need Laura and her skills back! The experience that was offered on... our last visit, wasn’t the same! The new bartender was okay, but when you are accustomed to the high end drinks that wereoffered before you simply can’t order a vodka oj and be satisfied! Either get a new mixologist that can provide a similarexperience- bring back the old staff, or prepare to close your doors. I likely won’t be going back. Such a shame! Updatedreview; In response to your response, I’m rather confused, my partner and I were courteous and polite, anyone who knows usknow the type of people that we are. For you to indicate that we were condescending and belittling is simply a false statement.We were simply disappointed in the treatment and service. We asked if the bartender was interested in crafting us a “specialcocktail” and were told “they have no suggestions- but that can make anything under the sun.” No suggestions orrecommendations were made. So we opted on a boring scotch, something we can easily pour at home and not worth the $25 dollars wepaid. I voiced my opinion through review and not at one time did I say anything bad about your bartenders! I thank you for yourfeedback and reply, however trying to make me the “bad guy” here isn’t a great example of the customer service that youare trying to portray. If you're coming to Victoria you need to stop at Clarke&Co! The bartenders are awesome, and the drinks are delicious. They don't... have a cocktail menu, you basically note what flavor profile you like and the mixologist experts whip up a lovely beverage basedon your request/likes. Read more

Love this gem of a place on Blanshard street in the heart of Victoria. Really small cocktail bar but with an amazing selection... of alcohol. The bartenders here are absolutely top notch. Super knowledgeable and experienced - really go for it and ignore themenu in favour of bartenders choice. Tell them what you like - spirit forward, spicy, sweet, sour, smoky etc., and name yourprice. On my honour as a girl scout, you won’t be disappointed ????. Read more
Cozy atmosphere with well chosen ambient House music playing in the back ground. As soon as i sat down i was greated warmly by... the staff, and Instantly I felt the stresses of the day melt away. Clarck & Co.had a large collection of Single Malts, IrishWhiskey, Bourbon and of course, incredible Canadian craft Whiskies and Spirits produced on Vancouver island. Vancouver island has been steadily continued to impress global palettes with high quality and standard on offer, from the many dedicatedDistillers practicing their craft. Big shout out to Laura the Manager, who was extremely knowlagable, passionate, helpful andpatient in helping me chose a delicious whisky, that paired well with my charcuterie plate. Sitting front stage, as i watchedthe Bar staff produce incredible looking cocktails for their egar guest was refreshing, in regards to the enthusiasm theydisplayed.
