Well, let's start. Spending $35 for 2 meals is bad enough but when it's paired with, under cooked noodles, shaved beef still... had a hard chew on it and overly sweet sauce. It's a very disappointing and an unappealing experience. The last few times theworkers more absorbed with their bluetooth conversions then paying attention to the job. The quality has been decreasing forabout 8 months now, I try, hope and get disappointed again and again. So due to the consistent disappointment I will be takingmy money, time and taste buds elsewhere. Extremely disappointed with the smaller portions when compared to other Edo restaurants. Aside from being a smaller overall... portion... It was mostly rice with a small amount of shredded vegetables and two small pieces of broccoli... A few small bits ofbeef with 6 shrimp . I won't be ordering from here again as this isn't the first time and i keep going back thinking that maybeit was a temporary situation. Only got stars because it still tasted good. Read more

My dad works at corporate in Calgary and he would be disappointed if I told him my experience. I can?t bring myself to tell him... as he takes pride in the company and I don?t want to ruin his day. Used to be good and would be cooked to order, and wouldoften go multiple days a week after work for quick protein. Now everything is precooked and often overcooked as they bulk cookand reheat the meat. I?ve gone in the morning right at open and saw the mixing of cooked and uncooked meat coming from the samebin, I assume the cooked meat from the night before. I?ve come a lot less to the Tillicum location, despite living withinwalking distance, and usually make the drive to the Langford location if I want Edo. The prices have also been jacked uprecently and only seemingly to be at this location - I paid a lot less at a different location for the same order a few daysago. It tastes good, always has. But when you advertise a sumo-size meal and charge for it, I?d expect it. Looking at the nutritional... facts with a food scale, the chicken I had was actually LESS than the amount of a normal order, with sumo sizing. I also got allveg, no rice and the bowl wasn?t even 3/4 full. If you?re buying the base bowl it?s fine, don?t waste time paying for nothing ifyou level up. Quite discouraging, and it?s sad to see that the owners aren?t stepping up in the review section to remedy theproblem, especially when you can see them reply to 5 star reviews. Read more
