Only one server and one bartender during rush hour time. And not even a single management team member comes to help these folks... out at all. Those managers decide to just stand on the floor and giggle and just couldn't not the see the struggles the staff isgoing through right now. And take a effort to help these poor guys. And just so I am very clear server Serene and bartenderCurtis were just amazing. And Monica, who is just a busier at least comes in and help. I would say make them managers and restof them current managers should just leave the job. Read more
The Wells restaurant was so busy and understaffed that coming from a business that has multiple restaurants we were all feeling... very bad for them they did an amazing job they were running around like we've never seen them yet in fact we stood for 20minutes waiting to get in and seen multiple managers walk by and absolutely did not assist these people. The server andbartender were and still are working so hard I would hire them both in a minute. The server Serene absolutely lovely and thebartender curtis . Shame on their managers for leaving them alone and not assisting and shame on all the other managers we'veseen in this casino not even offering to help clean a table the food was great again if I ever came back it would be for thosetwo people alone. Only two servers in restaurant, they are hustling and fantastic, but multiple managers walked by and did not help, shame on... them! We had to wait thirty minutes for a table and multiple folks left. Serene and Curtis are rock stars! Read more
I wish for the one girl that works there to stop harassing me, i go to the casino for fun , my adult only time. Yet always... never ever fails there she is breathing down my neck creeping on me watching me , just itching to get at me for anything ido(i get that it is their job to make sure things run smoothly but really why focus on one person so much that they feel creepedout) she spends an awful lot of her time creeping on me, watching me, making me feel scared, very awkward & a little sad forgetting this treatment for no reason. , she makes me feel unwelcome. she got in my face one night to see if she could smellalcohol after i showed her i had a diet pop, i felt super uncomfortable & that was not necessary, she had this evil creepy smileon her face like she had finally caught me (she never smiles) she tried so hard to see if she could smell tiniest drop of liquoron me, The time before that rifled through my purse because she said that if it is bigger than a football (by the way it wasnot) The people who worked there before her, they kept it professional, they were welcoming & didn?t excessively watch over myevery move, everything a person with that type of job should possess, that girl and another one with all the tattoos are notprofessional they are not welcoming, they are awful towards me. Lots of choices for slots. Casino wasn't clean, empty beer bottles near machines and pop cups. Bathroom was clean and stocked.... The smoking people on the path walking up was gross. The smell clung to us the rest of the evening and there were cigarettebutts littered in the plants. I come to a casino with a set budget expecting to lose it but have some fun. Fun, safe joint. To relax and let loose and lose all your money. They have slots and table games. Overall it is quite spacious... but very busy. Good vibe though. I hope their buffet comes back as it was quite legit! Read more
I'll levels of integrity, put money in a machine, the buttons highlighted were inaccurate, it ate my money after inky pushing... button 2 times, asked for service and cameras to be reviewed.
