I like to give only positive reviews but I can't possibly give one for this place. Terrible customer service. I had the sashimi... and teriyaki bento box with a side of teriyaki sauce. The tuna and salmon sashimi was a grayish color and had a horrible smell.I eat sushi 3-4 times a week and have never seen or smelled sashimi like that. The chicken teriyaki was not edible and the sideof teriyaki sauce was a jelly. The rice was even awful. It was $14 and I tipped! The only positive thing I can say is that myMom and I had the greatest customer service at Best Buy before I decided to get something for take out. Read more

Normally I don't put reviews but for the sake of hoping nobody goes through what I went/going through. Don't order the Udon... soup. Or just be aware. I got the veggie gyoza box w tofu and it tasted great, and the service was quick. Great, inexpensive place to get lunch on the... go, but I can?t speak for their sushi. Definitely recommend the bento box. Teryaki sauce is super yummy. Read more

The inconsistency of portions between different visits is absurd. What is in this picture is not worth the $12 price tag. This... is about half of the amount that I received on my last visit. The $6 Chicken Karaage Bowl at Fujiya is better than this. Read more
Terrible, ordered the tempura Bento Box and it came with no Tempura or Gyoza. The beef teriyaki was so bland I smothered it with... the Gyoza sauce and it was still terrible. Would not recommend, too overpriced.. Read more
