If you want to enjoy good food (seafood or anythjng in the menu) with a nice beautiful view this is the place you go. We had... lunch and we sat on the patio. Fancy and good service. View was beautiful. Fish and chips were perfect and huge. Tried the steakand it was delicious. Desserts were not my personal favourite and really didn’t enjoy them but other things from food anddrinks was a wow and for sure recommending this place to anyone who is in Victoria BC. Read more
We came to have an authentic pacific Dungeness crab because it is local! It was was well worth it!!! Tasted amazingly great! ... We also had the seafood chowder! That was amazingly delicious as well! Then we had the lemon cream tart with meringue whichwas to die for!!! I recommend this place to everyone!!! It was my anniversary and they generously gave me our lemon tart forfree!!! Nice restaurant! We REALLY love Victoria and enjoyed our time here. We were starving when we arrived and asked our pedicab... driver what he recommended and Finn’s was it! So we hopped over, stood in line to find it was only a 30 min wait without areservation and they took US currency. Worked great for us! My husband, son and I all ordered the same Fish and Chips. My sonsubbed the coleslaw for a salad. No kids menu here. Closest thing they had for here was Grilled Prawns. We ordered thosethinking of would be enough. It came out in a small cup. So I asked the waiter for a side of fries for her too. You can see inthe photo the receipt for how much we paid. Her meal was more than one of ours and she ended up eating some fish off my platetoo. I should probably mention, considering that this is a review, that my husband’s plate came out with a hair in his tartersauce. He didn’t see it, but I did and handed it back to the waiter before my husband saw it. The waiter gasped anddisappeared, reappearing with a new one, but that was it. Nothing else from them about it. Otherwise, the meal was very good,and we enjoyed our dinner. If we were to visit Victoria again, I would return for another dinner IF I didn’t have young kidswith me. Read more
Was really impressed by this restaurant. The atmosphere is amazing. Nice low lighting and I was happy to be seated on the second... floor that had a view of entire restaurant. All the food was really good. Their seafood linguini is one of the best I've everhad to. I also really enjoyed their poke bowl. Fresh and authentic flavours and the seafood really shines. Read more
Visited here for the “Dine Around and Stay in Town Victoria” program. First time but was decently surprised - service was... good, nice vibe, and the food was decent! Particularly liked the pesto risotto- it’s creamy and full of flavours, buteverything could be slight less salty for my preference. All in all great place! Read more
First time at Finn with my wife date night. We had seafood linguine, burger with Parmesan fries with 2 appy's pork and shrimp... dumplings and crochets. The food was absolutely amazing. Really good food. Little bit pricey but worth it. I loved the taco with grilled pineapple. Fresh oyster. Love seared tuna. So... good. Didn’t like i had to sit at the entrance but i was just myself so I can’t really complain. Good to go there on happyhour. Read more
Wonderful hospitality (thanks Hunter!). Cute little patio with nice views. (Hard to get water views as a single diner though as... they would seat parties of 2-4 guests along the windows). Seafood linguine was good this night! I appreciate a hot plate AND ahot meal. Prices are what you’d expect of an establishment on the waterfront.
