I know there?s a labour shortage and these kids are not making much money, but we just sat there waiting for 2 smoothies while... the staff did NOTHING for 15 minutes. Grateful the supervisor gave us a refund without question - but seriously, don?t go if ina rush. Read more
Broughton & Douglas location, it is currently 6:12pm. The sign says they close at 7pm. I walked in and the girl at the counter... said they close in 30 minutes and refused to make me anything. I wish I could stop serving customers 45 min before my workcloses, but we have to serve people right up until closing time! Seemed to me like they just didn't want to do anymore work.Sucks. Like their smoothies. Super tasty! The glitch is SO many app issues. Thought points would be great since I go a lot but when I... tried to use it - app doesn't function well at this store. So went in & tried to order with staff helping. No one knew what todo or how to work the app or how to scan for payment. Or process order for points or any management to support them. They alljust got frustrated & handed me a receipt that they weren't sure who to call for help. So. ???? Read more
Very bad customer service!! I got my tex max wrap yesterday july 19,2022 at 6:30pm. I ordered thru the app, after getting it,... there was 2 ingredients missing. Not a big deal though if it is happen first time unfortunately, it was my 3 rd time on douglaslocation. Watch for your stuff, because if you call to let them know they will hangup the phone on you lol. Not gonna come backon this location for sure. Langford location has good services, same owner could have done some better job on douglas locationas well. I m ordering same food from last one year never had issues except in last few months. I went during lunch hour on a Thursday. There was one order in front of mine and I was there almost 20 minutes waiting for a... wrap. The employees move painfully slow and all of them had to look up the ingredients while making it. The Freshii in Vancouvertasted way better than the one I got here and I ordered the same thing.
