This place is usually pretty decent, although the portion size can be a bit inconsistent. Tonight?s experience was enough to... compel me to never go again. The cashier was so rude. She stood at the register not saying anything but just staring at mewaiting for me to order. After each item I ordered she?d just keep staring at me waiting for me to continue without sayinganything. When I said that was all I wanted, she sent the payment to the pin pad and walked away without saying anything.Unfortunately, she also made my food, which the portions were so small, I was forced to have to make something once I got homebecause I was still hungry. I watched her make my wife?s smoothie which she loaded up with kale and I wonder if she put anythingelse in it because it was so bland and disgusting. I get that people have off days, but a little courtesy and a semi-decent jobisn?t too much to ask. Read more
Recently changed their menu and not for the better. Got 2 wraps which came to $30 and barely had any protein in them. My wrap... was basically just quinoa and no sauce or taste. Sadly there is a lack of healthy fast food options but won't be back! Read more
Only the second time I?ve tried Freshii, first time was great, this last time was incredibly disappointing! My mango smoothie... was so unbelievably bland, I could tell it was missing ingredients, the first time I had it, it was great. My Tex Mex burritowas missing ingredients too! There were no black beans, no cheese and only 2 chunks of avocado! My friend, who had ordered forpick up, called about the order and she was told I could get a new drink and that they closed at 8:00 pm. I arrived back at thestore at 7:45 and the doors were locked! The food is great, the staff is usually friendly but tonight one of your staff members was very unmotivated. He seemed more... interested in his phone then greeting people and providing quality costumer service. Not what I?m used to as your staff isusually helpful and friendly! Read more
Nice little place to grab an healthy meal. Items offered are limited as it is mostly raw or baked veggies. We had wraps which... was ok in both taste and quantity. Shop is innovatively designed with limited seatings. Ample parking available infront of thisplace. Read more
The food is fresh and the service is great. The 2 ladies who work here really helped me out today when I was in a bind trying to... cater a business lunch last minute after the previous caterer fell through. They were so polite and helpful, they quickly madean entire platter for me I can't thank them enough. Read more
What a fabulous first time visit! The food quality and freshness are superb. The menu has a variety of pre-planned meal... choices. You can also start from scratch and create your own masterpiece. Vegan, Gluten Free, with a soy allergy? Not aproblem, lots to choose from. Omnivore who delights in variety? Nirvana! The staff are friendly, helpful and were patientwith me as I tried to navigate the menu without my glasses! I met one of the owners, Steve, who instantly impressed me with hisfriendliness and his 'do whatever needs done' attitude. An owner who gets into the thick of it, cuts veggies, makes saladdressings from scratch, takes orders, and then takes out the trash... it shows that he takes pride in what they (the fourowners) have built. When I complimented him on what they have built, he gave all the credit to his business partners and hisstaff! Proclaiming how wonderful it is to be surrounded by such wonderful and competent people. I got a bowl order on Uber Was fine actually pretty nice presentation Except the chicken was disgusting I called and said the... chicken is mush compared to the website pics and asked for owner to call me so I could coach them on this, the worker said itcomes from a big bag.
