I am a door dasher and dashed at this place recently. The ladies there would not even make eye contact with me, much less inform... me that my order wasn?t ready yet. Waited for 5 minutes while they tried as hard as they could to not make eye contact oracknowledge that I was there. One finally did and it turned out my order was ready the whole time and it took 2 seconds for herto give it to me. There were like 5 of them there and it seemed like they knew what I was there for and just decided they didn?twant to deal with it. Kind of rude? I know the order said that I could expect to wait 2-5 mins when I got there but theycould?ve at least said ?hi! Door dash? Just a couple minutes please!?. It takes a few seconds just to be polite and let me knowwhat?s up Also I think it?s weird that a cafe inside a hospital is on door dash. In a pandemic? I went to this place almost every day for about 3 weeks straight when my wife was in hospital. Staff are great and friendly.... They have a great selection of coffee and tea. Their food may cost slightly more than their main competitor across the way, butit is definitely higher quality. Big thanks to the staff at this location for the great service, great coffee and great food. Read more
Great tuna sandwiches (sun-dried tomatoes and capers) and always good cappuccinos! They are friendly and courteous, you have to... be patient though as they make to order. Read more
