I have had great food from other locations so this is only in reference to this specific location. I ordered chicken pad thai... with extra peanuts. I got soggy noodles and tofu. I brought the uneaten food back with the receipt and they refused to refundme. The only reason they gave was that I should have called last night ( they were closed by the time I got home) it was like ajoke to them. They sold me inedible nasty food and I paid $20 for it. Ordered pad thai here and it was ready so quickly! Lots of food for a reasonable price. The cashier was also really friendly and... gave us extra peanuts and lime for free! Horrible! Ive been here a serval times and it was ok. Today I ordered a Tom yum goong soup with a side order of rice noodle. Not... only the portion of the soup is incredibly small, the server served my soup first without side noodles. I waited for at least 15mins and had to remind them twice before the side noodle is served. By the time it was served, my friend already finished eatingand the soup is getting cold already so I asked them to heat it up. By the time the soup was heat up, the noodles were stucktogether. I try to be patient and nice until I found unknown black bits on the noodles. JUST GROSS. They took the noodle off mybill which is the right thing to do. Not gonna come back again. Read more
