I?m not one to leave reviews but what terrible service. Haven?t taken my son to a play place in 3+ years so decided to take him.... The story is so long but I?ve never heard of people refusing 10+ kids (several patrons complaining) that the kids can?t use theplay place as there is a party in the room but no one is on the equipment. Even showing the manager the McDonald?s websitesaying play places are open to the public while parties are on won?t change his mind. Before you ordered your food they said itwould be 30 minutes and ends up one mom was there almost 2 hours waiting. We did finally get the kids in there but I definitelywon?t go back there if my kid has to have his nose on the glass while others have birthday parties there. Read more

The lady on the drive rhrough intercom at the Colwood location at 9:30 am on August 4th was the best and most pleasant I have... dealt with in many years... she was perky in tone and sounded genuinely pleased to be serving you. She should be used as anexample in training all staff how they should be greeting and dealing with customers both in the drive through and in personservice. Read more
Ordered food through the drive-thru for the family and they completely left out my Bagel BLT. Didn't notice until I got home.... Called them and they "said they couldn't hear me" so I hung up and called back but nobody answered... Twice. Read more
Ample space, bright, and a lot of seating. It has a nice indoor play place for children. A small toddler area.
Pancakes were not hot and when I asked for butter they gave me two that are frozen and my wife's chicken sandwich was almost... cold and so was the French fries. The server was not nice . Read more
