The drive thru at this McDonald's has a blanket policy of asking everyone to pull through and park out front of the place to... wait for your food. This is a Drive -thru. Not a drive thru park and wait. If I order something that takes Time I understand thenecessity to have me pull up. That is not the case here it is the managers policy to have everyone pull up. It's annoying and awaste of my time / gas. Read more
Not so good of an experience on this visit. I picked up a quick afternoon coffee, and they gave me a cup that was luke warm at... best. I sent it back and asked for a hot cup, which they took care of for me... but still... they should not be handing out coldcoffee in the first place... just say'n! Read more
We had a terrible experience at opa. I will only go into detail if someone is curious. But mcdonalds was just easier after the... weird experience We were so pleased. Everyone was kind, happy, pleasant, wearing masks, the food was warm, fresh, and tasty.Honestly some of the best mcdonalds I've had in years! 5 stars in my books. I have ordered here a couple of times and mixed drive thru and walk in. Service is usually good in drive thru, walk in not so... much. My issue is food quality: I order a Mc chicken meal and I threw out the Mc chicken sandwich as it was old and nastytasting and this has happened multiple times. Not sure if they leave the pre cooked stuff too long and it goes off, but neverhad I had a sandwich taste like that. I have chosen to frequent another Mc d?s for meals. I would like a refund for my order,but as this is at least the 3rd time so I won?t go back. Read more
Generally and okay experience but ordered in drive-through got asked to wait but all the waiting spots where taken and most of... the parking lot was so had to park a ways and ended up waiting over an hour to get our food. This is not the employees fault asthey were swamped, McDonald's should have more staff helping out. Read more
Well prepared food (some locations just throw sandwiches together, but these look appetizing!), fast considering how busy they... are, and friendly staff. The board that tells you what orders are being served/prepared could be more precise because my orderwas ready 5 minutes after my number disappeared, but aside from that, and no public restroom (it's downtown with lots ofvagrants nearby) it's a great location! Drive through was fast and accurate. This location makes good McDonald's products. The meat is properly cooked and seasoned... "fresh looking," meaning the color is good (other locations I get blackened, dry pieces of meat. This McDonald's is consistent???? with whatever they make. Read more
