my coconut shrimp was dry and overcooked! the spicy peanut has no sauce it's so dry it looks like it was cooked yesterday and... I'm still looking for vegetables, cashews and prawns! the cambodian jungle on the other hand is bathed in juice whereas I askedwith rice, result it looks more like a soup than something else. Generous portions. Reasonable prices. Great location. Tasty food. I thought tables and washrooms could be cleaner.

I like the many choices you can get, even down to the choice of protein, carbohydrate and level of spiciness. The protein range... from shrimp to tofu but the best part is all the different types of noodles. After having eaten there about 4 times, I findthat all the various meals tend to end up tasting the same -- a vinegary note and brocolli. Not a lot of depth to the variousdishes. The times I've been there it's also been a long wait to get my order (25 minutes). After the last visit I've decidedthat unless I had no other option, Noodlebox would be it, which is sad as I like the concept. Read more
Walked in to order and location was out of a lot of menu items. Was told food would be ready in 25 minutes, it took nearly 40.... At least twice all three cooks were in the back chatting instead of cooking. Door dash and mobile orders coming in after inrestaurant orders were being prioritized. The staff are very disorganized. If you want Noodlebox find a location other thanUptown. Only reason it's 2 stars is because the food is decent. Read more
The service was good. The staff were very polite and friendly. The food was okay. The noodles, chicken and veggies were fine.... The broccoli was cooked well. For me it was the sauce. At first I thought there was no sauce in it because I didn't taste any.All the sauce had gone to the bottom of the box. Due to the design of the box I couldn't actually stir it to get the sauce. Bythe time I could try the sauce I realized how bland it was. I did order mild so there would be no spice. However no spice shouldnot equal no taste. Overall I give it 3 stars. The service was good. All good things must come to an end. For fifteen years I?ve been eating Noodlebox. It?s been my absolute favourite take-out. I... make it a point of not leaving bad reviews, but instead simply just take my business elsewhere. It?s tough enough running abusiness without some jerk who had a bad day giving you one star. But honestly, I can?t leave this be. This is not theNoodlebox of years past. Since changing hands 5+ years ago, the attention to quality and the flavour profiles that made NBamazing? well, it?s gotten progressively worse to the point where this will be the last time I bother. How do you burn Mac andcheese?!?! My kid won?t eat it, and neither would I. If it weren?t delivered by DoorDash, I would have sent it back. Thaistyle Chow Mein was not the chow mein noodles that it normally had, nor like the other chow mein box we got. Instead, it wasovercooked ramen style noodles. Overcooked veggies. Very let down. I had high hopes as I've heard many great reviews of noodlebox from friends, however I was very disappointed. I... had the peanut satay dish. It was extremely bland and lacking flavor. It tasted like they added a couple scoops of peanutbutter and some water and decided that was a sauce. I tried saving it with some salt and soy sauce but it was just bad. Thebroccoli. Oh my God the broccoli. You can see in the picture I posted, the quality of the broccoli. Who eats broccolistalks?! Gross. Not sure they know this, but the stalk of the broccoli should be thrown in the compost bin, not in my noodlebox.I won't be back, and I won't be recommending. There are so many better choices out there for Asian noodles. The price was a bitout of control too. Left me feeling hungry, dissatisfied and ripped off. Read more
