I tried Noodlebox previously in Vancouver - Medium spice beef pad Thai and it was perfect. So I was disappointed when I ordered... the same from this location and the Medium-Hot version for my husband. The medium was hotter than expected, but still edible.However the noodles were undercooked (hard in some spots). My husband's pad thai was too hot for anyone in a Mexican family toeat. I would like to feel confident ordering from here again because I know it can be good with the ingredients they have onhand! Read more
Some of the best noodle dishes ever. Noodles tasted homemade, and to die for! Freshly cooked. Super good prices, great service,... packed with flavor, amazing vegan options. Cannot recommend enough! A must if in town. (We got Kung pao noodles and pad Thai andspring rolls!) Read more
I dont normally write bad reviews, but i am seriously done with this location. I order on the app and expect accuracy of my... order, but every single time I ask for a bowl, I get a box. Every time I pay an extra $1.95 for double sauce, I don't even getenough sauce and my noodles are spongy. I love noodlebox but this location offers nothing but disappointment. I absolutely love the food here! My goal is to try everything on the menu because anything I've ordered has been wonderful. I... appreciate the variety, the flavours, the choice of protein and how it's something I couldn't make at home. In addition, I findthe staff to be very friendly and courteous. Haven't eaten from the downtown location in ages. Food was burnt. Box was 1/2 full. Very little protein. Ordered online, app... said food was ready, still waited 15 minutes for food once I arrived. Uptown was a better experience. Let down, considering howgood it was a decade ago. Read more
If you are in a hurry, you may be prepared to wait long. We waited 45 minutes for the noodle. As a result, I was late for my... work meeting. My husband ordered the Singaporean noodle (vegetarian).We are vegetarians. He ended up finding shrimps in hisbox. They might be under staffed due to the ongoing pandemic. There were only two employees working here. One person wascooking. There were more than 15 people eating or waiting to eat there. The food is tasty though, but the wait and shrimps inthe noodle made me hesitate to go back. Maybe it's just the staff shortage? Nice ambience. The place looks clean. Read more
If I could give this place zero stars today I would. We ordered noodle box for lunch today from this location, not even half way... through eating my co-worker found metal wire in hers, I wouldn’t have believed it if I wasn’t there. I called to tell themwhat happened and I got “it happens”, they were supposed to call back and still no call back to this point. This is sodangerous, had my co-worker eaten this without looking it would’ve been a disaster. Please be careful when ordering from here,if you do, this is NOT okay!!!!
