I took my kid here for a visit and he needed a cup of warm water. I bought a hot dog which costs $3.99 and I was expecting them... to charge me for hot water which I was willing to pay. However, I was charged $3 for a cup of hot water. When I ask how much itwas, the older guy told me it was $3 and told me "don't spill it" with very sarcastic tone. I hope people are aware of this andthink twice before making any purchase. OK. I read the other people's review on the bottom and they have not been charged. Horrible service! The guy is super rude and acted as though our business was infringing on his time. He slammed my cup on the... counter when I was asking him a question regarding the sizes because I wanted a larger cup. We left without purchasing anything. Read more
Had to ask for my change today. Granted it wasn't much but he closed the till and when i asked,he said "sure, if you want... it...most people don't...". Not a choice he should be making for others. This was a splurge for me for lunch while working todaythat i really shouldn't have done. Read more

Two thumbs up & five stars!!!!! Yes i just used five !!!!! My kids and I have been going to the Orange Julisus in Westshore Town... Centre for over a year now. We always get treateed well, greated well, and food is fantastic! ny time I ask for an extra cup,/Iam not charged anything by the older gentleman or the young woman that works there. Very pleased with the customer/service atthis loaction. If I need a wet napkin, my hot dogs cut in half with extra paper. They never charge me, and are always happy tohelp out. Read more
My daughter had the flu and I didn't want to get sick so I asked for another cup to split our julius. The fellow said he could... give me another cup for a quarter. No problem. It's reasonable to ask a quarter for an extra cup. But I didn't have a quarter,so I asked if I could interact it. He said no, sorry. I said are you serious. He said yes. My kids and I have been coming herefor years. And now they're going to lose my business over a cup. Sorry buddy but I'm old school when it comes to the the minimalstandards of customer service.
