I think the lady who helped me (who, by my overhearing, has been there over 20 years {I think?}) is really lovely, kind, and... cares very much about the place. I have only ever ordered there maybe 3 times, but she has always been so pleasant and deservesrecognition for that. The pizza was good, too. Read more
For some reason I have had a problem ordering delivery. I choose delivery and put in my address and then once I have paid the... website states I can pick my order up. This has happened twice now. I would like to say that the manager at the Yates st.Victoria BC location is absolutely amazing I also work in customer service and her attitude is calm and very nice. I ordered online and my food was delivered even before the time it was expected. The delivery guy was friendly and even though... had problems with the mobile credit card machine due to bad reception in our area he was calm collected and we got the problemresolved. GREAT SERVICE from Pizza Hut and the DELIVERY GUY!! Will order again soon :) Read more
Update: we wrote a complaint and the manager called us that same night and apologized. The restaurant had a bad night and... quality might have suffered. She gave us a coupon for more than our order came to originally. That's great customer service. I'mleaving 4 stars for customer service. The pizza was still a 1 star. Pizza used to be good. I've DELETED my 5 star review from 2years ago. Now this pizza would have made nice French rolls but not pizza! What's happened?? Super thick boring fluffy dough, nocrunch and barely ANY toppings. Ordered wings through skip the dishes (wingstreet), waited and waited for my order. then just got a call from Skip saying that... they are not even open today. If you are not going to be open maybe its a good idea to not turn on your skip. Wasted my lunchtime waiting for the wings. and now lunch time is over. No wings to eat for lunch.
