The only spot I hit up for Neopolitan pizza. Cook st's my goto, since it's only a few blocks away. Used to frequent the Bridge... st. location when I lived in Gordon Head, but eventually Cook St when Bridge st closed. You can taste the passion and love thatgoes into the food., and the front end staff are always amazing. Highly recommend their meatball starter. Probably the bestmeatballs I've ever eaten. Moist, flavourful and the tomato sauce just enhances the taste and texture and just the right amountof kick from the chili flakes. Trying to recommend a pizza could be problematic, but the Diavola with added Arugula is verytasty as is the Rucola e Crudo. Add in the addition of the "Bring Prima Strada Home" offerings, probably the best thing to comeout of COVID restrictions, and it just becomes all that much better. Read more

Fresh ingredients and lively ambiance. Our pizza was over cooked. The service was quick and casual but no follow up. Probably... better if it was self/counter serve. Read more

I don?t mind saying that I am a fool for the deliciousness and freshness of the pizza they serve here. Super tasty. Although... with slim toppings and fairly high prices for light, single serve pizzas I wouldn?t call it good value. But because it?sdelicious I keep coming back! Read more

Best Mushroom pizza I've ever had. Services were nice. Just enough won't bother you.

Yesterday afternoon I got 2 pizzas for takeout to eat at the park with my partner and two young kids. My first impression upon... picking up the pizzas is that they were on the smaller side given the price. Upon opening the pizzas at the park (within 5 minof pickup), we found that the pizzas were very under cooked. The dough was wet and was virtually impossible to eat with yourhands. Given that I had just paid $46 including a 15% tip for 2 pizzas I brought the pizzas back. Nothing better than having totell two hungry kids under 7 that they now need to wait an additional 15-20 minutes to eat. They remade them and cooked themfully (which apparently meant burnt crust). The pizza the second time around was pretty good, but you shouldn't have to ask foryour pizza to be fully cooked. All things considered I wouldn't give this place a second go and upon talking to friends thatlive in the area, this is pretty widely known. Wish I had taken a better look at the reviews vs just the stars. Read more

Ordered a salad to accompany our to-go pizza and it was truly pathetic. A sad wilted lettuce mix with a dusting of Parmesan, no... other vegetables and a basic balsamic dressing for $14. Pizza is good but if you?re looking to add sides just pick up a bag ofpre-made salad mix for $4.99 at Thrifty?s and you?ll have a better salad. Read more

Nothing but good things to say about Prima Strada on Cook St! First visit in the books and the pizza, cocktails and service did... not disappoint. Once upon a time, when we travelled to far away places, we would judge a pizza place by simply their margheritapizza. If you can nail the marg pizza, you're doing it right and that pizza oven meant business. Negroni sbagliato - yum.Negroni - even better. Moving along... we ordered the FUNghi supreme and it was perfection. I may or may not be eating theleftover piece this morning as I write this..... Thank you Kayla for your service and please don't judge the writing of myreview as you are the master of words. See you soon PPS! Read more
