They took almost double the amount of time they said for pickup and ended up having my pizza ready but misplaced it. So by the... time we got it, the pizza was greasy, soggy, cold and gross. Very overpriced Read more

I wasn?t expecting this experience! As a former baker and someone who still bakes as a hobby, I found myself quite humbled by... the pizza crust. I ordered the Funghi supremo pizza and it was honestly the best pizza I?ve ever eaten. I find myselfdeconstructing in my head. I could probably come close to imitating the topping, but that crust will be a challenge -and notjust because I don?t have a brick oven. From the fresh, sometimes homemade ingredients, to the front and centre brick oven andprep area, it?s clear that they care about a quality dining experience. In a world full of fast food and inferior, mostlyfrozen and packaged ingredients, restaurants like this are a breath of fresh air and should be cherished andsupported. Needless to say, we will be coming back. Read more

Food nice, but they added a surcharge for employers obligation to pay for health care. Hopefully his suppliers are reciprocating... this practice to his company. Not an ethical business practice in my opinion Read more

I was so happy to find Pizzeria Prima Strada when I moved to Victoria a couple of years ago. BUT it can be a bit hit and miss... with the pizza/food. Some reviews mention - toppings on one side only, which we have also encountered. Also a lack of toppings(i.e.: a couple slices of onion or red pepper, a single leaf of basil on the whole pizza). If you mention this to the server, the reply is: "it is a Neapolitan pIzza". (The lack of toppings on one side and the inconsistency has nothing to do with thestyle of pizza!) A new item that we tried was the lasagna - it is nothing like the picture on the website/Instagram! Verydisappointing. Even the ingredients listed didn't match what we were served. Bland and rather tasteless (don't waste yourmoney). We did mention this to the server, but they didn't seem to care. Unfortunately, Pizzeria Prima Strada has a bit of amonopoly as Victoria has limited choices. We decided it would be best to lower our expectations if we go back. I get it - weare not in Italy! You are in for a treat. Pizzas we ordered were awesome, excellent thin crust, great flavor and texture, baked in a wooden oven.... Staff is very friendly, catering to customer's needs. Not too busy, however all protocols were followed, so decide foryourselves if you want to eat in, or take out. Either way, your tummy will sing "Yeeeesssss". Read more

Prima Strada prepares pizza the way we had it when we visited Italy. The ingredients are fresh, the crust is thin and it is... cooked in a very hot oven to bring all of the wonderful tastes together. The salads are delicious and there are usually a fewnew flavours of gelato to top of a great meal. Their locations have a level access for wheelchairs and the washrooms areaccessible. A great place for a great meal. Read more

It was wonderful! We ordered a Carne pizza and two glasses of House made Blueberry Basil Soda. The soda was great and even it?s... just $4 each. Our pizza was also amazing. I think the price is reasonable here! Servers were nice. I?d like to try other dishesas well. See ya before long XD Read more

What a great pizza place just a little ways away from the madding crowd. Selling personal size pizza the food is delicious.... Toppings are not crowded on and there is just the right sauce so things don't slide off. Service was timely and friendly. Agreat pizza place well worth the short drive(or cab ride) from downtown Read more
