Wow!! Cannot tell you how awesome Romeos pizza is. This was the third pizza place we have tried in Langford and we finally found... our Togo place. Lots of toppings, lots of cheese (without having to pay extra) and the crust - mmmmmm good. We also orderedsome of the wings, they were really good as well. I splurged and had a piece of the carrot cake - OMG - So FRESH with nuts andamazing butter/cream cheese icing - absolutely to die for!! The deliver was so fast as well!! Went for lunch on Saturday afternoon of long weekend. Very quiet. The long time servers seemed to be wondering in their well... worn sloppy black attire and talking about each other as the other turned their back. Ordered the calimari appy which at onetime was the best in town...17$+. Wayyyy out of wack. But.. in their defence.. it's not just Romeo's out of line in calimaripricing for an appy. Calamari are literally pennies a piece and the mark up is disgusting. This one in particular was gross.Fishy tasting, dry,terrible presentation and just plain horrible. Best thing about it was the tzatziki which wasdelicious.. When I paid my bill I politely mentioned to the waitress that the calimari used to be much better...rather thanapologize she got her back up stating she and the cook had been working there for 30 years and nothing has changed.Ummmm...ok. Wash your hair and buy some new work Geer GF. The pizza is not the same..the quality is the s#@$its and the hospitality is inthe toilet. I went here on pizza pasta night and it was quite pleasent. The prices were pretty good with the special on and the food was... delicious and a good place to hang out and chat. The staff were also very good. No faults in our order plus when the peopleacross from us were being rude they shook it off and took their order. Overall I was quite impressed by the service and quality.Unfortunately it is quite expensive when there is no deal but I did not mind because we did not have to pay it. Quite lovely. Read more
This was a great time I spent with my friends in Romeo?s. They have many choices of pasta, and tons of appetizers to choose. The... waitress was nice and friendly, and she provided some good recommendations on our dishes and we all loved it! Definitely willcome back and try their pizzas! Read more
Very poor customer service/no follow up on a complaint. I dine in here regularly and order take out from time to time. I tried... to order a small caesar with cajun chicken and was told they don't offered small caesars for take-out, only large. So after Ipaid $20 for a large caesar with a side of cajun chicken, I received the salad below. Maybe a teaspoon of parm and NINE capers.I emailed management and was passed on from a fellow named Beryl, to a woman named Kosta. Both asked ridiculous questions aboutthe order (I.e, did I actually receive 2 small salads, did I actually receive a small instead of a large) after I alreadyattached the below photo to the email that clearly shows that it is not a $20 salad. Have been "ghosted" by both now and nofollow up to discuss a possible credit or some other fair resolution. Sad, as it's a pretty easy fix. Clearly they are noconcerned with customer retention.
