The food here is exceptional. A great variety of dietary options (including vegan, dairy free, gluten free, vegetarian and good... ol' carnivores). Nice variety of desserts, sides and daily menu updates. The service is fast and friendly too. I've been eating at Sol Food for nine years now and thought it's finally time to share my thoughts on this place! I love their... food - their featured entrees of the day are always so flavourful but better than a typical restaurant because they're healthy,home-cooked-style meals. Their chef is amazing and always comes up with fantastic dishes that are worthy of five stars. Thesoups are also of the same quality, and they have a large selection of salads to choose from.
