We had not been to Spinnakers since before the pandemic. Not the greatest food experience, in my opinion. Had the nachos and... took the upsell for the pulled pork for another $6. There was literally hardly any pulled pork on the nachos and barely anycheese. Quite frustrating and disappointing to say the least. Perhaps there were new kitchen staff who had not been adequatelytrained? Hard to say for sure. Oh well, I hope they address the issue for future customers, but I don't think we will goback. Having said that, the hostess who sat us when we arrived was very polite, friendly and professional and most certainlydeserves to be recognized for her excellent customer service. Read more

Highlights: We stayed in their charming Victorian house for two nights and loved it. Great location and comfortable bed. We?d... stay here again. Low points: Although the beer was good, the food and service in the restaurant was mediocre at best. We endedup eating elsewhere for most of our visit. Poor service, will not be going back. The service was exceptionally slow. After waiting 20 minutes just to order, the waitress... informed the group that there was no crust for flatbread or pizza AND no mussels, essentially eliminating half the menu andnearly every vegetarian option. 25 minutes after ordering, the server returned to say they were now out of clams and at leastone order would need to be changed. We waited a further 30 minutes before asking the server when our food would be served. Theydidn't even apologize for the wait and just gave the excuse that it was really busy. By the time the food was delivered, we wereon the verge of walking out. One of the dishes was a pasta changed to be vegetarian, and we had to request the bill be reducedsince the meal no longer contained the main ingredient: chicken. There was no apology or compensation on the bill for the longwaits and meals that had to be changed due to ingredient shortage. The server was completely inattentive and unapologetic forthe poor service. If the kitchen is too busy to serve in a timely manner, then seat fewer tables. In trying to maximize revenuewith a full house now, you are losing returning customers. It is also complete ridiculous to have half the menu unavailable at6:30 pm! Read more

Our group recently visited Spinnaker's for Happy Hour and appetizers. We had a lovely patio spot overlooking Lime Bay. We had... tasty appetizers and cocktails. Grady our server was excellent. A great experience overall. Spinnaker's won't disappoint. Read more

We stayed in 2019 and had one of the most incredible vacations of our lives. Such great food, wonderful views and some pretty... great beer. Staff from restaurant to bar to front desk were exceptional. We?ve had a return trip booked every year of Covid andwe?re so excited to finally get to do it this year! Read more

First time in here. Waiter where real nice. They didn?t serve outside on that nice summer Tuesday evening when we there, for... some reason. Service was little slow, but you could see that everyone was working hard. Just short of staff I think. Food wasok, good quality, but just nothing special. My son and I had the pleasure of visiting this fine establishment on several occasions. We can?t say enough positive things... about this place. Incredible foods, views, in-house beers and hospitality second to none at a very reasonable price. Mostimportantly the attentive staff, they go out of their way to ensure you are completely satisfied with your experience. Specialshout out to Ewan for his going the extra mile! Nice brew pub. Right on the water. Sat on the upstairs patio. Chowder, wild Pacific Salmon and chips was delicious. Service was... great! Store has everything - baking, smoked fish, ice cream, beer, cider, soda, swag, you name it! I'd go again! Read more
