I was in this afternoon. It was busy-ish but I acceded to my daughter?s request to get a lemonade. They were pretty slow and it... took about 15 minutes to get that simple drink - at first waiting in line and then giving up and using the app to order becauseit was taking so long. I?m willing to accept though that people may be training so that is not the basis for my negative review.My low rating is due to the fact that while waiting for the lemonade for my daughter my son told me that he had a headache andwanted some water. No problem I thought I would just ask for a glass of water when the lemonade was eventually served. I madethe simple request, but the somewhat callous reply was something to the effect of ?ok, but we?re busy so you?re gonna have towait your turn again?. I soon realized to my astonishment that instead of simply filling a cup that was right in front of mewhen I asked, with water from the water tap that was also right in front of me, they were making me wait until all the otherdrink orders that have been made while I was waiting for my lemonade were fulfilled and then they would get me a glass of water. After waiting about five more minutes I asked one of the other staff if I could just get a cup of water. She also made me waitwhile she did a few more more complicated drinks and then let me have it. They were clearly miffed that I was giving them themessage in my expression and tone that it did not seem reasonable to have to wait so long for a glass of water when I hadalready purchased something. And then as I walked away I could hear a semi-mocking ? Have a nice day? coming from the Starbucksstaff behind me. Thanks guys, you all have bright futures in customer service. This location is great for Frappuccino. It gets ground up like it should and the creaminess is perfect. Recently had one of... their Pineapple Passionfruit Lemonade Starbucks Refreshers Beverages. Sooooo good. Better than the coconut milk version. Youmight want to order ahead. The wait can be long with all the online orders they get. Read more
Ugh? to be honest. I really like Starbucks?s Frappuccino. But, their Matcha Tea Latte tastes DISGUSTING. First of all, there... was barely any taste of matcha or it was way too light. Secondly, it made me feel sick and tastes like milk. (In my opinionthis is very disrespectful in way) And for $5 (plus taxes of course) I would not buy it again. I wouldn?t recommend thisStarbucks at all. (If I am paying for Milk and Sugar with a 1 ml of Matcha ???? then don?t have people pay $5 for this!!!)Also, I?m also paying $5 to get my tongue burnt.
