It always makes my day coming into the Starbucks at Oak Bay and seeing the staff but in particular, Katherine & Syssilia. ??... Both baristas are extraordinary humans who go out of their way to greet me, make me feel welcomed, and have my drink and foodorders ready when I arrive. It?s the warmest feeling in the world entering the store and seeing their beautiful faces greet me.They are truly the loveliest people. I come to the shop with friends and the customer service is always excellent. Thank you toeach barista for serving us customers with smiles on your faces and going above and beyond. I normally frequent small local coffee shops but received a gift card so decided to check this Starbucks out. Now I see why... it's so busy. Charming staff who are genuinely so friendly really make this location shine. Clean, good layout, lots of seatinginside and out. Convenient pickup by mobile order area as well if you prefer that option. And the Americanos are delicious.I'll be back even when the gift card runs out. Also, opens really early for the area - 6 am - another bonus. Read more

Great Starbucks! Well designed, lovely decor with lots of great seating inside and a bit outside to watch the goings on down Oak... Bay Ave. This is a reserve store with a clover brewing system, rare coffees and tons of food choices. Baristas are engaging andhelpful, this is one of the best Starbucks in Greater Victoria, if not the best! Read more
