Terrible customer service. My hello was met with a blank stare and zero interest in customer service. Didn't ask if I wanted it... toasted or with salt and pepper or any other options that are routinely used at other locations. Grabbed a couple Footlong subs today and was not impressed. Not only was there a language barrier making the process a bit of a... struggle. When the Subs were made, she put the bacon under the chicken before toasting. After a couple bites, we realized thebacon was still fatty, undercooked and just gross! Add to this, barely any sauce making it super dry. First time at thislocation and definitely our last! Disappointing! Read more
The most pathetic Subway sandwich I've ever had. I opened my sandwich up and there was pretty much no toppings in it. If I'm... paying for somebody else to make my food they should be making it right. It was a vegetable sub with a rip off inside. If Iwanted a bread sandwich I would have ordered a bun only. Food was ok ...but...the employees did not clean the tables after people left , even though they were not busy. Peoples masks... were sitting on the tables. I left crumbs on my table so the next person would know that it had not been cleaned. Disappointed at their standards. Makes me wonder about their food practices. Don't think I will be going back. The older man who works here is very rude. I went in to get a wrap instead of a sub and that is supposed to mean double the... meat. He put a quarter of the amount that was supposed to go in the wrap until I called him out for it and then he fixed it anddidn't even apologize. Horrible service. Read more
Ordered a footlong veggie sub, sit down and eat half my sandwich, went to eat the other half only to notice a piece of hair in... my sub. No refund or anything was offered. Hair in food is unacceptable, they dont wear hair nets or wash their hands prior toputting gloves on. Worst service ever, absolutely disgusted. Read more
Do not mobile/fast order here, order said it would be ready in 20 minutes but I showed up after 12 minutes because I was closer... than I thought, the sub was already made and I guess had been as soon as order was put through and my sub is cold and hard as arock.
