I dislike this location because every time I leave after picking up my online order I feel like shit? every single time they... mess up my order and I have to say ?sorry I actually ordered a large? and every time they dump it and they look like they hatelife and it makes me feel so terrible asking them to remake it. :( please for the love of god just look at the orders comingthrough and make them correctly. I understand short staff, and it?s a busy location but I hate leaving feeling like a terribleperson because I have to say sorry this isn?t actually what I ordered. Where is the shift supervisor? There is no leadership at this location. The line up near out the door, mobile orders are backed... up. I order online 7 min prior to arriving and my order is not ready. Everyone is running around with their heads cut off andaccomplishing NOTHING! This location needs to start listening. Been there a few times and won?t go back because they have messed up mu order more than... they get it right and it?s not even hard orders. 2 regular coffees and 2 chocolate croissants, charged 3 times because theydon?t confirm. This last order i ordered a chicken wrap 2 coffees and 2 bacon wraps and they couldn?t even be bothered to checkif the order was correct. Costumer service is a joke here. Read more
Today I witnessed the manger at this location scream at her staff for an hour in front of customers. She stood there and yelled... doing nothing to actually help her staff and reduced one of them to tears. I feel terrible for the staff who work here. Thatmanger should be fired. Read more
DONT EVER GO HERE!!!! Unless you are expecting something other than what you actually ordered. Does no one understand anything... anymore? They don't listen to your order, they give you something completely different or charge you for way too many extrathings that you didn't even order. We went to this location to grab food.first of all the lady might be was very rude then they gave us wrong donut when asked... twice they gave us wrong donut . Instead of dark rose they gave us regular coffee as they said it was not ready but we were okayto wait.The most offensive part was they way she was handing out our order by backing towards us and two employees tried to makefun when we added another donut..so we?ll never ever again go there and will never recommend anyone else? Worst Tim Hortons in town by far. Staff are rude and disorganized. Always takes a ridiculous amount of time to get your order.... Waited 25 mins for an order today because they were out of bacon, there was no communication from the staff and when asked theirresponse was rude and unhelpful. Some higher up management seriously needs to get ahold of this store before the employees runit into the ground! Read more
Tim Hortons? Perfect. Even though it's a fast food chain, is much better than MacDonalds or that. It has everything we can dream... of. And the best thing is that we can see the calories of what we are eating. If I had to decide bw Tim Hortons or Starbucks incoffee. I'll choose Tim's because it's much cheaper. Read more
