Save your money and choose different location. We ordered couple breakfast things along with veggie habanero loaded bowl. There... was just one thin line of sauce, I asked the employee there and she?s like you need to pay for it, obviously I don?t mind payingif I want extra, I am asking you because you guys didn?t make it right, and there?s Caucasian guy( looked like owner or manageror something) said yea things has Changed lately and you need to pay, so I paid Extra just to add one line of sauce even whenThey should have make my food correctly for the first time. Seriously? It seems like they don?t care about how customers feelabout their food.Also, The tables were dirty and we cleaned that by ourselves and restrooms were filthy.???? Read more

Been coming in twice a day for the last few months not really a problem outside the junkies that always hang outside. today and... last week however the young boy at the till tried to short me like 6$ or something. I called him out on it today he thensmirked oh yeah and mumbled lies about not haven change with a 5$ bill in his hand. So tried to short me again then smirkedabout it and the manager asked what was happening I explained and he told me to leave.anyone else have this problem? Read more
I?m on a tour of Victoria, BC and it was included on the tour. 4 donut holes and a coffee were really good and just hit the spot
This location is hires a bunch of literal children which would've been fine all things considered if they actually trained them... properly. They are loud, screaming at eachother about disgusting things. And they don't know how to operate the machinesproperly. When I last went, the last time ill ever be going to that location, there was only one 12 year old boy behind thecounter. The other 12 year old boy was 'sweeping' the same apit over and over and seeing WAP the whole time. Read more
I visited this location on June 5th when we stopped in Victoria on an Alaskan cruise. We did a city bus your that stopped at Tim... Hortons and I was not let down! We don't have any locations in Florida and being a Horton myself I've always wanted to try it.I'm not a coffee fan so I opted for the hot chocolate and donut holes and they were to die for! Another huge plus was everyonewas so nice in there. All of the employees and the manager as well. He greeted us outside, was talking to us and was doing agreat job keeping the line moving as there were a lot of us on that bus. Im so sad there's no locations in Florida but it'sdefinitely a must try if you're in a select location up north or in Canada ???? Read more
