October 16, 2022. Around 10:35am. My wife and two daughters joined me for breakfast. Assistant manager was unpleasant and rude.... His attitude stank something terrible. It can be a difficult location, due to it's proximity to homeless services. Please be nice to the staff here; a lot of them are... teens, and their job is already stressful enough. That being said, it is VERY quick despite how busy it gets (the location issuper-jammed with professionals). I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes. Excellent crew, great management. The last three times I've been, I've received a hashbrown that I don't even think was cooked, it felt like it was just left out... to thaw at room temperature; a grilled cheese with unmelted cheese on the inside; and a bagel with the cream cheese on the sidewhen I asked for it on the bagel. This was my first experience in a Tim Hortons and coming from east coast of US it has a slightly upscale Dunkin Donuts... vibe. Donuts were yummy and coffee was good. Read more
Awful experience!!! Never go to that location or any other Tim Hortons again! I ordered the normal Chili which came surprisingly... with just half the bun and without paper towels or anything else. Also the tables were dirty and all sticky. At 2pm afternoonmore than half of their products were sold out. The Wi-Fi was available, BUT without internet. Selling a 330ml coke for $3.12shouldn?t be allowed in my opinion. Also there was a lot of people just loitering there and talking loudly. Overall norecommendation at all. Read more
Tim Hortons don?t need any introduction, but this restaurant is special. It stays busy in the mornings but the staff is super... friendly and efficient. Very efficient way of handling with customers and even with the cranky pants too. Clean and friendlyenvironment, and that?s probably why it is so crowded in the mornings. My daughters love to eat here. More of a familyrestaurant for us :-) Read more
I ordered a chili. After coming back home, they gave me a trash not a whole bread. The butter was opened as well.
