I go here pretty often and the staff is nice enough, but I've had my order forgotten about or made incorrectly enough times now... to feel the need to forewarn. In the defense of the staff, they are young and probably not very motivated by the battleaxe of adude that runs this location, and I'm pretty positive most of them are still fairly new. Still, may want to lower yourexpectations when it comes to this particular Tim's The specific instance prompting this review was a chicken wrap; I had toremind the staff about my order after ten minutes passed without it showing up, and when it did arrive, it was not foldedcorrectly - coming apart as soon as I picked it up - was drenched in sauce, and the ingredients were somehow stone cold despitecoming off the grill. I think I'm just going to get the Turkey Bacon Club instead. Read more
Shout out to management or whoever is in charge of scheduling but putting two people on in the morning to do the work of five... people is unnecessary and I sure hope that those employees are compensated fairly. I?ve been in a few times and I waited wellover 10 minutes in line and then when I got my order I waited again another 10 minutes, I ended up leaving because that is justtoo long so technically you guys owe me a couple things because you couldn?t provide it on time. The kid working at 930am Aug 30 is probably the slowest person ive ever seen. No urgency, no care that people have things to do,... looked baked as a cake. Watched him butter my bagel for almost 30 seconds... he dropped the container so left my bagel open onthe table while he went to get a new spreader, so by the time I got my bagel it was cold and covered in unmelted butter. The staff are friendly and efficient but the place is not clean with washrooms being deplorable , people are pigs and staff... should not have to deal with body fluids to clean up but they must , no toilet paper , soap , I am Surprised health inspectorsare not on this Read more
Awful service. Often times I come in and there's 5 people on shift, and somehow, it still takes about 5 minutes to serve a... single customer. Some of the staff is nice but today I have found that some of the staff seem to either be high, or justslow. Usually it also takes an additional 7 minutes just to get any food ( if you've ordered any of course.) Don't go here ifyou need to quickly grab a coffee. You will not get anything quickly. Read more
Everyone was very helpful with our lunch order. They were out of a few things and I wanted a new item- not currently on the... display menu. Cody in particular was helpful with realizing what I was looking for and giving advice. The wrap was delicious andthe service was excellent from all. Ty! Read more
I went with a friend at night because we were dealing with some stuff we needed to talk through and this location stated it was... open until 11pm. We bought coffees, found a seat away from other customers, and were talking. At 10pm the employees startedflashing the lights at us repeatedly, which was quite rude. At 10:30pm they asked us to leave. They locked the doors behind usand other customers arrived expecting it to be open (because 10:30 is 30 minutes before stated closing time) but found the doorslocked. We weren't being rude and we were vigilant of the time. We just needed a quiet, safe place to talk. Instead we weretreated poorly by staff. Considering this location is next to a hospital, the staff should be more considerate of patrons. Theirbehavior was rude and uncalled for. Read more
So many people working and so slow. There was 1 person in front of me when I walked in and 10 minutes later I was still waiting... to place my order. It wasn't worth the wait either! The doughnuts were hard and stale! What's happened to the Tim Horton'sCanadian's used to love?!? We won't be back. Read more
