Outstanding service, good portions, and delicious breakfast. In a time of inflation and many restaurants taking advantage to... jack up prices this place can still give you a filling breakfast for under $15 tax included. Can't wait to try lunch. This is a great spot for a home cooked meals done right! The food is always hot and there is a great selection of home... favourites including shepherds pie, locally sourced hamburgers, beef pot pie with yummy puff pastry and several popular chickendishes as well. Read more
Wonderful atmosphere, the gentleman who served us was very pleasant. 14$ FOR A BURGER AND PINT OF BEER. You can't beat that. Or... their prices for the record, the whole menu is affordable and reasonably priced, liquor is cheaper than the competition, andthey don't sacrifice quality for price! 5/5 my new watering hole. First the good: it's very affordable, fast and the service is great. The food is the issue. I've been here three times and the... first two it upset my stomach. I think they either use bad oil, or don't change it enough, or both. So the third time I askedfor fruit instead of potatoes and they didnt have any which blows my mind.The breakfast potatoes were undercooked on the inside,they probably only grill them without doing a previous step to soften them. The coffee was really weak. The salmon was overlysalty, so here's a tip. If you use smoked salmon, don't cook it. If you're going to cook it, use fresh salmon. There was a hugepiece of plastic in my salad. Read more
