This location is going to lose customers fast!! My wife, daughter and I went there last night for some spicy chicken burger... combos and 2 out of the 3 sandwiches were assembled with little junior hamburger buns with one of them having a proper Briochebun. When confronted I was told they ran out and before even prompting the question, told me that they could not give a refund. I asked them why they don't tell they're customers when they run out of such an item and to be prepared to get somethingsmaller than what you've paid for. The response I got was that it was just a bun and doesn't affect cost. This felt reallyshady and my previous experience here was in the drive thru 2 months ago when I ordered a Dave's Single with cheese and insteadI received a junior bacon cheeseburger. Once home, I tried calling the store to no avail. Either I'm just extremely unluckyhaving had this happen to me twice or this location needs to be avoided entirely as they might be undercutting their customersto save money. No compassion from the manager at first until I pressed her on the matter very hard and how unethical this allwas. The reason I give 2 stars is because she provided me with a complimentary small chili to make up for shortfall in serviceand product. Despite that, I won't be returning again with my family and will be telling others to also avoid this locationentirely. Read more
Worst location I have been to. The staff is very unprofessional and the food was sloppy when made. The cashier looked confused... and when he asked a female worker for something she was too busy on her phone to even answer him properly. Drive thru food is always terrible. The last few times. The fries have been cold right at the window. The burgers are mashed... together. Most times the meat is half out of the buns. This last time. The burger was so cold the cheese wasn't melted . Read more
Real nightmare. The dirtiest Wendy's I've been to since the tables and floor were so dirty, French fries on the floor and the... bathroom was truly disgusting. From the moment I entered the restaurant and saw what it looked like, I already knew that therest would be like this. Not to mention that most of the refill drinks were not available and the oven was broken. Wendy'sextremely below brand cleanliness and condition. Read more
Thanks to the hard workers at this Wendys. My small order of a large fries and Double Jr Bacon Cheeseburger with modifications... was accurate and fresh. I know there is a major struggle to find staff right now so all the managers are working long hours tokeep the restaurant open. Keep up the good work. Read more
Today I visited your restaurant to get favourite salad chicken apple pomegranate blue cheese when I got home opened there was a... long black hair in my salad. It went in the garbage immediately. If you are going to have your staff doing prep work they shouldbe wearing hair nets. I will never enjoy another salad at Wendy's again. Hank Read more
I ordered a medium size vanilla frosty. but they gave me a small size frosty and they put it in an empty medium size cup like it... looks like a medium size. this is scam. I will never ever order here again. Read more
After waiting in the line up inside 8-10 minutes and the line DID NOT move (it seemed like only food delivery people and drive... through cars were being served)! We left and drove a short drive to A&W and had fantastic customer service, and great fooddelivered quite quickly! Way to go A&W!
