This was our first time here. I will start by saying that a boys sports team (probably a dozen boys) came in right before us so... we knew we would have a little wait to start. We did not really like having to order from the kiosk instead of a person butthat is happening more now. We ordered two burgers (one was stuffed which we didn't realize), the green beans, one soda and oneshake. It took 30 minutes to get the shake and almost an hour for the first burger. It was another 10 minutes or so for thesecond burger. We prefer to eat together but that didn't happen on this visit. The only saving grace was the burgers werereally good and the manager came out and spoke with us without us even asking. He gave us a coupon to come back and get freeburgers on our next visit. Will definitely be back. Great burger, creative sides. Can wait to try some of the other innovative burger creations.
Haven?t been back here since the closing and reopening, but the new patties are so small and they forgot my grilled onions and... bacon and when I called to see what could be done they weren?t much help besides telling me to go pick it up. Will sadly not becoming back here Read more
Love burger nation, and always come here when I got a little extra cash. However they just implemented a new change where you... order with a kiosk. I'm not against kiosk ordering, I think it can be useful at times. But I'm really unsure why they thoughtit'd be a good idea for their establishment. When I came in, the waitress (I'm assuming previous cashier) wanted to help makesure I knew how to order on it so she stood there and made it painfully awkward while I was making my decision. If there's aperson there to guide you through the kiosk, why not just have them take your order? Seems a little redundant. But then we getto the kiosk itself. I've always seen burger nation as the place to go custom crazy with your burger, it's kind of one of theirperks. However this menu didn't even have an option to include bacon or ketchup on the burger, I had to clumsy type it out in atext box as a special request. Which of course they forgot to add because I'm sure the system didn't show them clearly that Ihad added it. I'm not totally against it the kiosk and I'm sure once they can properly implement it all these things will smoothover. But as of right now for my experience, it unnecessary awkward. Read more
Really good burger and a lot of variety. Good sides as well. Food took a long time to come out (due to orders getting out of... order possibly?) but manager made it right which doesn?t happen at too many places anymore. Will go back next time in Victoria. Read more
Burgers here are good and i would highly recommend if you are in the victoria area.
They?re only taking to-go orders right now due to the Covid virus. Also, the online ordering system is a bit complicated or... confusing. That being said the burgers are good and tasty. The buns are sourdough but you can customize it. Also you canregular or Cajun (seasoned) fries. Very customizable build your burger. They also have salads. The inside of the restaurantis relaxing too lots of TVs and a diner/bar atmosphere. Located next to the McDonald?s on Navarro (not near the mall lol!) Read more
I have to say the food was EXCELLENT! Great variety and customization of your order. Only thing I can say is the interior of the... store hasn't been updated since 2015 when I first visited here, ans the staff don't wear uniforms so u do t know who's anemployee. Read more
