I've always had a great experience when I order from It's Just Wings, but not this time. I order wings and a "cinnamon apple... pie" more like a "cinnamon apple empanada". Wings were good and saved my dessert for later, it was wrapped in paper. well whenI went to eat it, after a couple of bites I notice a funny taste and when I unwrapped it there was mold on it. It was our grandson's 6th birthday and he wanted to have it at chili's. The grandkids and the kids parents loved their food. I... had the chili and all I could taste was what tasted like red chili powder but the house falls was very delicious. I only took apicture of the chili because everyone was very happy to start eating right away lol. Read more
I had the same server the last 2 times I went to this location. I wish I knew his name but he has longer blonde hair on top with... shorter sides and a nose ring. He was extremely attentive both times we came in. The first time it was just myself and my 4 kidsand this time I went with my children, mom and nephew. On both occasions the server went out of his way to ensure we hadeverything we needed. He helped my littles get onto the tablets and checked in on our table frequently. As usual, the restaurant was under staffed and it took an hour to get our food. Chicken strips, soup, salad and a burger. The... burger was cold, the fries were cold, tough and shriveled when it came to our table. On the other hand, our chips and salsa weregreat and in spite of being extremely under staffed, our server was fantastic. He was running back and forth between 14 tablesthat were within my view.....he may have had even more in the other room but our glasses were never empty and he was cheerfuland attentive. As with any Chilis, you're going to get a mixed bag of reviews. You're just going to have to take these reviews for what they're... worth. Some people have had awful experiences here and others great experiences. Personally, my wife and I have always enjoyedcoming here. The food is usually okay. But the cleanliness of this restaurant is the worst I?ve seen of all the ???? restaurants I?ve been... to. It?s just sticky everywhere, on everything. Waited for order. When order came it was wrong. Brought same order out twice wrong!!! The food was cold it had been sitting for... 40 minutes. I had already been waiting on my food. Everyone that came after us was served before us. I was dressed in sweatpants an a t-shirt because it was my day off. Not sure if that had anything to do with it, I hope not. I paid for my drinks andappetizers. Refused to eat the cold fries and food they tried to serve as fresh. They charged me the full amount for a mealthat was not quality. I didn?t eat it and didn?t pay for it. The manager dint understand or sympathize with the fact they had mewaiting and then still served me cold food. Not anyone I would want running my business. The way I was treated was wrong. Iunderstand mistakes?but serving a customer cold food after making them wait a second time?it?s unacceptable. Get your teamtogether or get a different job. It wasn?t just the food. It was the time I spent waiting on cold food they took to the back andthen brought out a second time. If I?m gunna pay good money, I want good food.
